Tried to buy a refrigerator, but I was not allowed to speak to anyone at the Annapolis store instead routes Mexico. There I was told I could not contact Any Best Buy store directly. It's a disaster to work with these people.

I know this is all my fault. I'm leaving this message to help someone not live my computer traumas. I bought my computer at Best Buy (HP Envy) about a year ago. Immediately/same day/next day, I brought it back because the keyboard just wasn't responsive. This being my second HP Envy, I knew this issue well. It's a very large keypad and it's wonky as a result. The tech guys checked it out. Couldn't find anything wrong and politely sent me on my way. No exchange. Today I find myself yelling at my computer more and more frequently, because shockingly the issue really did exist, but it never corrected itself. So I try to type in one cell in Excel or one box in PPT by putting my cursor on it, but of course the changes are entered somewhere random; and you might think, well, ding-a-ling, just move your cursor up two rows higher than where you want to type and (despite the obviously 'why should I have to?' reply, I would hang my head in shame and let you know I've tried and it doesn't work... So frustrating. My advice. Don't buy an HP Envy - no matter how cool it seems. In the end, it's not worth the nightmare; AND it's super expensive so it's not worth the very excessive price tag. HP, you can do better. Geek squad you need to know this is a real issue.

Geek squad is phenomenal. Would give them more than 5 stars. Bryan explained everything and they handled and completed the clean up of a hacking quickly and completely. Could not have gone any better. Highly recommend.

Took my laptop there because it had crashed. Got there and was told I had to make an appointment, which they gave me for an hour later. Came back 20 minutes early and Bryan said he could help. Plugged my laptop in and after a minute he says he can't help me, I could send it to Microsoft or take it to the repairshop in the same shopping center. Thank you and I left. Called my son, he came over and within less than a minute he had it up and running again.What a waste of time with the Geek Squad.

Love every Best Buy but the Annapolis team is definitely the one with the best customer service and friendliness. Harry and Shahbaz went above and beyond for me today. Thanks for the help!
