Bought a TV. Salesperson was attentive. No offer from staff to carry tv to car. Wasn't an issue because I managed, but would have bern good practice to have asked.

I've been to several Best Buys over the years, and the service here absolutely blew me away. I'm not very tech-savvy, but the staff were extremely friendly and willing to tell me about the variety of products I asked about and what might work best for me. When I got my screensaver replaced, the employee who performed the service was very professional and talented - I received a clean phone as well as advice on how to care for it! Overall a great experience, would definitely come here again.

When the wife says I need a tablet, you immediately leave the house and buy her a tablet. Thankfully, the staff answered every one of my questions with no hesitation. Thank you for saving the day and my marriage.

Went to BB in Annapolis to purchase a brand new laptop on June 3rd. As of today June 15th, I do not have my laptop. I was told by Ethan (sales rep) that it would be in on June 7th which he also gave me an appointment for 10:40am that day for Geek to transfer info from old laptop. When we got there, the pickup order Lady was lost. She told me I had to go to Geek squad to get my new computer. When Geek Squad came out (to help as I had an appointment) and told me I had to pick the Laptop up at the pickup counter which is less than 5 feet from each other. Went back to the pickup order line and was informed that I had to wait for BB to send me a text or an email to let me know that my Laptop was ready for pickup. I have been calling them and it is still not in. So as of today (6/15), I do not have the physical laptop in my possession, but the bill is coming in the mail today?. At this point, I'm ready to cancel this order and look somewhere else.

I needed to talk to someone at the store. I kept calling only to get the call center and be put on hold forever. I will never go to Best Buy. They may have products, but if they don’t make it easy to talk to someone directly at the store, it’s a waste of time. Don’t waste your time!

Joe the manager does not know what he is doing. Glen the sales person sold open item at a full price . Then when I confront him he said this is not an open item . If I could give best buy -10 stars I belive it will still not do justice

Very intelligent staff members very polite and will go out of their way to help you and if they do not know how to do it they will find somebody that will they go over every policy and everything you could possibly get to protect anything that you purchase but they do not push the plans on youoffer it but they do not push you to buy it. That is something that I do like very much about the Best Buy store.
