I was really hoping to like this place considering I like to use local small businesses when I can. The woman was pretty nice and the turn around for pick up was about 4-5 days I believe. Note: You must pay first for dry cleaning which I haven't seen before. I dropped off 5 items I believe, 3 button down work shirts, 1 pair of work pants, and a soft winter sweater that is very important to me. My gripe is my expensive work shirts came back very wrinkled so much so I will have to either steam or press them myself before wearing. It appears they were haphazardly pressed in a rush with a lack of care. I am actually hoping they weren't ruined in some way. I haven't checked the pants and the sweater came back looking awful. Just not the same. I am really sad about that. I should have just washed it on cold at home. Anyway, I dropped off the items hoping to maintain them since they are pricey and I'm just not happy with the work. I have never picked up wrinkly dry cleaning before. I wish I would have read the other reviews before giving this place a try.

Very good and friendly staff. I have been taking my clothes here for years, and they have always done a great job. Especially for military uniforms. They get the creases right.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Bergman cleaners. My friends and I had our bridesmaid dresses altered here and they charged the same amount for just a hem as they did for a hem and shoulder alterations for another bridesmaid. $95 for a hem is absolutely overpriced. I will not be going back as I felt the pricing varied based on “whatever they felt like charging you”.Service: Alterations

I typically never do this type of thing. It's not in my nature to speak ill of any person or business... Ever. However, I dropped off 7 shirts and a suit to the dry cleaners in the shopping center and they only gave me back my shirts and the jacket to my suit. NO PANTS! I went up there to get it straightened out and they basically told me there was NO CHANCE they didn't give my pants. They told me to go home and check the hanger that the coat was on. Insanity. I took the damn coat off the hanger to get dressed that morning and there were no pants. I went back up to tell them and they just straight up refused to accept the concept that they didn't give me my pants. Don't go there. They're terrible.
