Today I had the worst vet visit. Not because of anything the doctors or techs did, but because it was my sweet pups end of life care appointment. The people at Bay Country are so kind and empathetic to their patients and to their fur parents. I'm glad that we ended up at Bay Country for Konans last vet appointment.

I love Bay Country! The staff is very friendly. They have taken good care of my pets for years. In fact, I just took a new kitty there this past week and had a great experience as usual.
