Took my 7 year old grandson to get something for his mommy and daddy and the sales ppl were great with him in helping him find the perfect gifts for his patents ....he had a blast !! So glad they weren't like others that just do not have time for kids !!! Or adults either ....lol...great atmosphere to shop in this bath and body ....perfect !!!

I came in wanting to exchange some products which I tried and do not like. I was told the policies have changed and they can only do store credit in exchange for the products because the products "no longer exist" ... so much for "we just want you to love it". I will never be giving them my business again, and that is saying a lot as I am also a former employee of this establishment.

*name redacted* made me feel like a j*** for doing 3,returns. I had my receipts. None of it was used. I'm not trying to get her in any trouble since she's probably my moms age but she made me feel not so hot today. Not cool man. Stuff happens.
