I stopped by to shop for the 3 wick candles today, the girls in the store are extremely helpful and friendly, they guided me with all the current sales and the upcoming sale to catch, they also seemed to be enjoying their job alot, and helped me with a few other queries I had, I will be coming back on Saturday to shop for my candles! This stores staff has a whole different level of positive energy. Good luck to the team working at the mall!

The service member seemed annoyed, which can be understood but seemed ticked off at the fact I wanted to split payment and pay some in card and the rest in cash. Apart from then, she opened another register when I gave her the money, I forgot it in her hand and asked me to insert card without subtracting what I gave her. I ended up paying all in card and needed to ask for what I gave her back.

Do Not Do Your Holiday Shopping At The Annapolis Mall Store!!Encountered a very unpleasant experience at this store. BBW's return policy clearly states on their website that returns are accepted within 90 days of the original purchase date with receipt. Last week (October 2023), I attempted to return a few items purchased in September 2023 which were well within the 90-day return window and with the original receipt. The sales associate immediately called the store manager as soon as she was told that this was a return. The manager checked the items to be returned and informed me that she "could not" return them due to the fact that "they weren't in her store anymore". When I pointed out that BBW's return policy indicated a 90-day return window, that I had my original receipt, and that I had also verified the return policy with a Customer Service Agent, she repeated herself--she "could not" return them since they were no longer in her store. Upon calling Customer Service shortly thereafter, the CS Agent verified that managers have been given the choice to refuse a return if the item being returned is no longer in stock in their store. So apparently that manager could have, in fact, accepted my return; she simply chose not to. Why BBW has implemented such an inconsistent return policy is unfathomable. Am not aware of any other large retail establishment with a return policy such as this. Most other BBW stores in this area accept returns as outlined on the website. But please be aware that the management of the Annapolis Mall BBW has consciously chosen NOT to follow BBW's stated return policy at great inconvenience to their customer base. Imagine this--a customer purchases a number of products on a Monday and decides two days later to return them with the original receipt. If any or all of the products that customer purchased two days previously are now out of stock at the Annapolis Mall BBW, management will refuse to return them. Don't even think about shopping here for the holidays. If a return is in order afterwards, what are the chances that the products a customer purchased in November will still be in stock in December, much less in January? Little to none. There are a number of other BBW locations nearby where management welcomes their customers and complies with the 90-day return policy as outlined on BBW's website. Shop at those locations instead please.

This location is always a problem. Customer service is terrible! My store pick up orders have been incorrect multiple times. Store pick up orders also takes several HOURS to fulfill and seemingly only after placing a phone call. Taking 7 plus hours to fulfill an order that contains sale/ promo items is silly and unacceptable, as the items are likely to go out of stock in store by that time. I’m not sure what is the point of offering in-store pick up if the system does not work.To add when they finally emailed me that my order was ready half of the stuff was canceled as they were no longer available. Of course not! Waiting over seven hours to fulfill the order leaves plenty time for the items to sell out.I then placed the same order at a different location, and in one hour and fifteen minutes I received an email that ALL of the items were ready for pick up.AVOID this Annapolis mall location. Their customer service is trash!!!

Walking into the store just to browse not looking to buy I was quickly helped by one of the store employees Jamasia. I was walked through the different products, candles, scents, lotions, etc. she eventually showed me the options they had to make a combo pack or different products, I was very impressed with the products and especially the service and attitude I received in the store. I actually was now excited to make a purchase and ended up buying the combo pack recommended to me!

S/O to Summer!I was having a bad episode today standing in that long line for Black Friday. I could have passed out. The team was very helpful, especially the store associate named Summer! She needs a promotion or something.All in all, I got what I came for despite the hassle and I’m satisfied with the service.

We all know this stuff is overpriced. But when you attempt to return the overpriced stuff there should be no attitude. P.s. the decorative soap dispenser holder rust. The lady at the counter said, you shouldn't get the wet. How in the world would you be it get a soap wet! Stupid.
