Was worried to go here after seeing all the bad reviews but they must be old because the customer service I received today was great. I was concerned that I would be waiting in long lines when I went after work, but I was seen right away. Jenny helped me out and she was the best, very nice and accommodating.

This branch operates with one teller and a long queue of customers. To their credit there is a well dressed man near the door who personally apologizes to each customer for the long wait on their exit.

no one ever answers the phone. In covid, and in the age of call forwarding, there's no excuse not to have a working call management system. Completely frustrating. Only gave one, cause I couldn't give zero

The teller counted my money 5 times and it was wrong. when she finally gave me my money after being there for so long, I had to get to my appointment. She didn't give me a receipt of my envelope nor did she ask me that I want one I did not know Bank of America do not give out receipts When cashing checks.I counted my money and it was still wrong, she cheated me out of at least a $100. I've been trying to call no answer, I live about 45 minutes away from that particular location and tried to call a branch manager to see if they can review the camera and check where it may have went wrong with the count. Now I gotta wait to drive all the way back out there just for them to probably put this in review or under investigation when I couldn't get them to do it over the phone .

The last three times I have came to this location and tried to have a simple service done (wire transfer, money withdrawal, etc.) I have been told they could not do it. Every time I was told I could not have the service done without an appointment and they could not offer me a same day appointment. Banking is time sensitive and not being able to do a service same day is very inconvenient. Every time I drove directly to the other Parole location 1 mile down the road on Forest Drive and they happily helped me with whatever I needed. Don’t waste your time going to this location anymore, just go to the other location on Forest Dr to have a good experience.

This review is not for a particular location but for BofA's customer service practices overall. I have handled all of my banking needs with BofA for almost 30 years. After all of this time, I made a mistake thinking one of my direct deposits had already been deposited and wrote a check to my son. He cashed the check and the following day two payments, which were already scheduled, was withdrawn from my account. My direct deposit arrived the following day. Bofa did refund one of the overdraft fees but refused to return the other, citing an inability to override the system (a lame excuse, at best). This is the FIRST time in nearly 30 years that I received an overdraft fee let alone two; however, my good standing meant nothing. Since so much of my banking is intertwined (direct deposits, auto payments, etc.) it will take a month or so but I will be moving my accounts to one of the many banks I have to choose from in the Annapolis area. If retaining my business isn't worth $35.00 to BofA then I will take my business elsewhere. My advice would be to avoid Bank of America as their customer relationships mean absolutely nothing to them.

I completely agree. I have experienced the worst customer service at this location. The representative was dismissive, apathetic and less than courteous to put it lightly. She was all too eager to get back to what she was doing and was not helpful at all.

Back in 2014 I had to open my first account at BofA. But my shoes came apart as soon as I left mall. It took me at least 15 minutes to get to the bank barefoot. So I finally made it 1 minute before the closing. I don’t remember name of the banker, but he was so happy to assist me. He wasted about 30 min to help me out. He could be home by this time having dinner with his girlfriend. I have to mention that I couldn’t speak any English at that time. Thank you for the patience. Great experience.
