All of the staff we have had interaction with are all great. Dr. Zacuto really takes the time to listen and understand what is going on with our kitty as well as explain what is happening with him and what direction we need to move in. She has gotten our cat's asthma well controlled and is working with us on another issue that he is having. I feel very confident with the care our kitty receives and would recommend this office highly.

I highly recommend AVIMO. They did a fantastic job caring for my dog. I was given frequent updates and able to visit her until her release. Dr Zacuto and staff went above and beyond to find the cause of her illness and treat it quickly.

Our 10 month old Bernese Mountain dog was sent over from emergency to Internal medicine 8/7/24. We were blessed with Dr. Paola who explained her conditions and our options. We are very thankful for all he did for our girl!

Dr. Renaldo was very thorough and compassionate. He explained things clearly, both in regard to diagnosis and options. He has an excellent bedside manner and is clearly very knowledgeable in his field. The staff/techs are all so kind and caring as well. ?

The women at the front desk and the Vet techs are amazing! My cat sees Dr. Zacuto, who is so smart, and so thorough. Everything about her makes it obvious that she cares, which means sooo much. My cat Eddie is in the best hands possible. ?⬛?⬛

Dr.Paola and team have been fantastic with my ailing dog for years.He is caring and concerned for the animals he treats.Tori is also amazing to work with.They truly love what they do and it shows. Thanks for giving me the years with my Chloe that I wouldn't have had without you.We will miss our visits with Dr.Paola and staff.

The doctors and staff are wonderful. They explain everything in terms you can understand and listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Dr. Paola is wonderful. I’m so thankful to him and his staff. Thanks to hum, Ryder made it to his 5th birthday.

From the administrative staff to the vets and vet techs, I was very pleased with the level of attentiveness and care provided to my dog. They were able to perform procedures the same day to help get answers for treatment.

Our visit to AVIM&O was one of the best ever. Our dog Ava is a mass cell tumor dog. She’s had more than 5 surgeries already and more tumors have appeared. We went to AVIM&O to find out about other ways to treat her that wouldn’t be so invasive and hard on her. Both Angela and Dr. Renaldo were so kind and helpful. Dr. Renaldo spent a very long time with us explaining all the options. All the staff were friendly, considerate and helpful. I highly recommend AVIM&O to anyone who loves their pets and needs the best care.
