I highly recommend Atlantic Control Technologies (ACT) for everyone using Lutron systems. I had a number of others out prior to ACT. Everyone before ACT basically said, "its broke and you need to replace it". Bryan from ACT proved them wrong. His patience and attention to detail to trouble shoot and then repair was outstanding. Thanks to Bryan and ACT for being truly experts in their field.

Called to ask about ordering a part that they’re a dealer for. Receptionist asked owner and he said it wasn’t worth his time. That’s the customer service you can expect from these guys.

I hired Atlantic Control to do the entire sound and networking in my condominium last year. In total I spent close to $35,000 for all the equipment and labor. I have contacted them several times with issues and they do not respond. I am absolutely livid that they get away with this. A vendor who provides NO CUSTOMER SERVICE is worth zero stars!.
