you leave one review on there page the owner makes a Facebook post to have all his friends comment good things so the bad isn't brought up- Honestly one of the WORST so called "businesses" I've EVER encountered. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but had no choice to choose. I've tried multiple times to get furniture and have it delivered to my new home before I had family over. I've gotten a very nasty call from the so called "owner" who was very rude and rushed me off the phone.He said "we don't need your petty money or business" when I stated how unprofessional this looks. I feel very uncomfortable giving a small business like this my money or time with how unprofessional their owner and staff are. Not sure if "Mike" is owner or not but very very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Never met a "owner" who talked to customers like complete Shit. This is not how you keep customers or gain customers. I will be going to the betterbusiness bureau and reporting them. If anyone has an issue with my review please comment below. I have no problem putting this review daily. Wouldn't get bad reviews if it wasn't a shitty company with shitty employees and owners Thanks!

Never had an issue. Sometimes delivery dates can't be met when the economy shuts down but I was told that in the beginning.

I bought a king bed for my son who got stationed here for the Coast Guard and was sold the wrong bed rails to match the headboard and footboard. I returned the bed and have never ever been treated so poorly as a customer. Josh is probably the worst person I have ever dealt with as he didn't want me to return it. Josh did say he could get me the right parts but they were not in stock and I wasn't going to wait. Josh charged me a restocking fee for something that was there fault. Josh had me unload the bed myself because he was so pissed off that they screwed up and I brought the bed back. Josh talked crap about me while standing there and had to give me a paper check instead of putting it back on my card. I would give this place a zero if possible. I can't wait to see the response from Josh on this as I see everyone that doesn't give him a good score instead of living up to it he likes to throw insults just like he does in person. Delivery driver was great who sold me the stuff yesterday even though it was wrong he was really respectful and had good customer service now only if he could treat his boss a few things.

Would love to give this place more stars... but once they swipe your card... they have no concerns for you. Found these guys on Facebook as we were looking for a bunk bed. Understanding that this is a discount furniture spot, we figured they'd have a decent selection on hand. Was right about that! Messaged the owner Josh and he seemed like an involved owner. I inquired about the hours since it was a holiday and he confirmed they were open. Found a bunk we liked and it was in stock. Got the price to a great point and decided to add on mattresses. That's where the issues came.. after a lot of back and forth we settled on two (what we though) pillow top mattresses, one of which was on display and was the floor model. They then mentioned they had it in stock and we even ended up paying $80 more because they said they'd lose money on the deal... I get it... offset costs from the actual furniture we bought. Loaded the car up? Confirmed that the colors were right.. mattresses were in boxes and vacuum sealed.. didn't think I'd have to open on the spot to confirm, SHOULD HAVE! Got the furniture home, put together the bed, very happy with it. Opened the mattresses and they were two different mattresses and neither one was what we "thought" we were getting. Messaged Josh through FB politely explained the mishap, confirmed we were happy with the furniture, even gave the sales person a nod of approval... his response (see screenshot below). After following the owners advice and messaging the sales guy.. he was short with me and ultimately stopped responding. I'd say, come here as they have a nice selection... if you buy a mattress in particular... OPEN BEFORE YOU PAY as they have an "all sales are final" stamped on the receipt! That seems to be where they're not as transparent (or aware) of their inventory. The bunk bed we purchased was very nice. Looking up the manufacture and this model, great reviews and we got an excellent price. Because there was some deception with what we received (mattresses) , we may escalate and file a BBB complaint.

Went from five star to 1 star I tried to cancel furniture ahead of time due to personal issues. I was told I’ll get my deposit back. Weeks later of calling, staff Mike and Serogel stated the boss is on vacation. Then called again and they tried to say I wouldn’t get a refund of my deposit back. Don’t go here !

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate his approach. No pressure. Not the typical aggressive salesmanship I'd expect. The products are of great quality, and the prices are low. They were great about communicating with me when my dining set came in. Will shop here again in the future!

Doing business with ABA was a pleasure! Very laid back atmosphere with no one constantly on your heels trying to sell you something! Mike was very knowledgeable and accommodating offering help above and beyond!! We would highly recommend ABA and we WILL be back. Thanks Mike for making our experience so wonderful!

I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing from this place. My 1-2 week wait has turned into 4 weeks. I have tried calling them to get an update twice now, but "the system was down". Both times they promised they will return the call and they haven't, of course. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else, they probably make more money of the 20% cancelation fee rather than actually selling products

This may be the worst furniture company in America. Management is rude and does not honor any requests. I can't emphasize how bad this company is. They sold me a memory foam bed that is sunken ( not filling out) on either end. The owner broke a picture in my house and left his trash in my house and refused to do anything and told me my warranty is covered by the manufacturer Would give zero stars

The owner was rude and very exasperated while trying to figure out what was going on with my order. Yes yes, supply and demand and delays… we get it. But heaven forbid you decide you no longer want the piece after it being over a month (when you were told 2 weeks. I don’t care if you think I didn’t hear 2-4, he said “like two weeks”) I called three weeks prior and they pushed me off, didn’t call me back and now are saying they have to take an exorbitant amount for a “restocking” fee when I’m sure three weeks ago it wasn’t even shipped out. I’m sure of that because it still hasn’t arrived, but now I’m out almost $200 because they are having a hissy fit. DO NOT GO HERE. I used to send all my clients here, but I will never again.

Mike and the team at ABA Furnishings are nothing short of professional and helpful. They were patient, had excellent customer service, and had reasonable prices for quality furniture. Will definitely be a repeat customer for all our furniture needs. Thanks, guys!

We had a great experience best customer service I have had from a company in a long time went in the store Mike was very helpful but not pushy and we found what we wanted and within 24hrs the owner himself was delivering to my house and setup less than an hour . We would definitely recommend price was good and fast service.

Do not let this company enter your home! The owner himself vandalized my yard and damaged my personal property! This is CRIMINAL activity and I have been in contact with Ashley Furniture and Visa concerning how this company is potentially violating customers rights. After 3 1/2 weeks of not having legs installed on my ottoman the owner got upset over the fact I came to the store to demand the legs be installed or they take back the furniture. Instead the owner vandalized my home and damaged my driveway. I will be filing charges and looking for a lawyer to file suit. I have pictures to support my claim and I have neighbors who witnessed the incident, among who are a AA Sheriff. THE TEXTS ARE FROM THE OWNER HIMSELF - YOU CAN SEE THE TYPE OF PERSON HE IS AND CLEARLY HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME - THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME. FOLLOW-UP RESPONSE - Yes - a public road and not your PRIVATE residence! The response is a great example of the type of owner this company has and I can only hope no one else is subjected to you or your company! Clearly reviews do not matter to this company as they think they can do whatever they want and people will still purchase furniture from them. NO ONE SHOULD USE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON OR COMPANY!
