Salina at Arhaus Annapolis is amazing. She helped me pick out a beautiful rug for our home, even finding it in stock in another region so we didn’t have to wait so long for delivery. Even when it arrived with slight dye issues, Salina went above and beyond by ordering me a replacement and allowing us to keep the original until it arrived. I was so impressed by her professionalism, friendliness and design eye. She is truly an example of someone who really cares about her clients.

i called the store to talk to a sales person about a floor mirror. it was recommended but the guy was a jerk. I have never experienced that before so I chose to order the mirror online. it arrived. the mirror is nothing like the guy described, it looks NOTHING Like the picture online. When i contacted arhaus through email since i ordered it online, i thought i could return it. I emailed them within 5 minutes of the fideletone delivery guys leaving.
Nothing. I've heard nothing at all.
So now, i'm stuck with having to see if I can sell the crap mirror since Arhaus does not only ignore thier guarantee, but they ignore emails.
I have beautiful furnture from arhaus but it's not worth it anymore when they hire rude sales people and they no longer have customer service.

Love visiting Arhaus in Annapolis, the store is absolutely beautiful and they have an amazing selection of furniture and home decor. Ask for Salina when you go she is wonderful and knowledgeable about everything and has an amazing eye for home design!

The quality is excellent and the staff are great! They also have lovely accessories and furniture care items. Salina is awesome, she has made redecorating our house so fun with a selection of new items that complement our heirloom and antique pieces in a modern and tasteful way! Love the vision and creativity of the staff, which make a sometimes stressful endeavor fun and exciting!

I had Salina as my sales person. She was courteous and professional. She helped me lay out our living room, with a great eye for style blended perfectly with a cozy comfort I couldn’t have found without her!

My dream home is basically walking into this store. I love EVERYTHING in it! Salina, my favorite saleswoman, helped me select the most perfect couch for my space. She was extremely knowledgable about the pros and cons of each cushion type and even looked at pictures and videos of my space to assist me in getting the right configuration. I never dreamed of getting a white couch until she taught me about Arhaus' Crypton fabric. Game-changer. I highly recommend Arhaus, and if you're going to shop there, ask for Salina!

This store is absolutely beautiful! Top tier furniture and customer service, especially Salina. She was very helpful and relatable. Highly recommend going to this location and having her help pick out the perfect pieces for your home, just like I did.

I Purchased 2 Rama wall sculpture for Christmas I have not received them yet. And every time I call to check on them. I get the run around very disappointed in delivery and their customer service. At this point I just want my money back.

DONT BUY PERCY furniture. I bought 3 pieces in March and the finish is already wearing off. When I called requesting an exchange, not a refund, just an exchange so they can keep their money, I was told the warranty doesn't cover the finish. I had to call 3 times leaving messages and the manager wouldn't call me back. Their so called "concierge" service said they were short staffed and it would take months for a decision but they don't cover finish. I expected so much more from a supposedly high-end store.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wish I could leave 0 stars. When I initially came here everyone was nice trying to get a sale out of me. My main concern was all the customer complaints about service and they ensured me that would not be the case. I purchased a sofa from here instead of the competitor strictly because the time of arrival. The couch came but it was the wrong couch, nobody had inspected it beforehand. I was told to send the couch back and they would get me another one a week later. A week passes and nothing. I called the manager he did not want to talk to me. I had to call back to back just to get a response and then when I got the phone he BLAMED ME and had no accountability. I was told to work with Eric. Worst mistake. Eric doesn’t take your calls, talks over you, rude - you name it. He always say I’m working on it - never does. I’m still waiting on my couch. Was supposed to receive a call from Eric today. He isn’t even in the office. The worst staff. The rudest staff. Delayed times. I couldn’t be more upset. The worst part is the leadership here is not accountable so you really are stuck. There’s so much trash going on with this delivery the word count would go out on me. Just don’t go here. -Rachelle

My wife and I like the style of most of the furniture. We have purchased a lot from them recently. I hope the quality compares to the price. We were told by the sales person that the chairs and sofas were all made in Notth Carolina. There is also tons of Arhaus internet propaganda to the fact that they take pride in American workmanship.We were very surprised that our very expensive furniture was MADE IN CHINA, MADE IN INDIA, MADE IN INDONESIA. The boxes and attached labels supported this information.

Yes, a difficult time for everyone, yet the Annapolis Arhaus store general manager Dan and team including Eric worked with us until we were completely satisfied. I had a specific request and need, and called every Arhaus store from CT to NC. Daniel Keller was the only person in all of those stores up and down the east coast, who asked me additional questions and suggested solutions. He followed through and we are thrilled! Thank you!

The furniture is quality but the Customer service is questionable. Go to Havertys...you will have a better top shelf shopping experience and the Salespeople stay in touch with you in regards to your furniture arrival.
