I received assistance as soon as I arrived. The helper listened to my problem and immediately ran several tests to try and solve the issue. They determined that nothing mechanically was wrong with my iPad, it was an Apple support problem.

I visited the store expecting help with a product, but I was disappointed with the customer service. Some employees were unfriendly, and others seemed disinterested. Additionally, if you don’t have an appointment, it’s difficult to get assistance.
