great service but slight catastrophe at the checkout. simple misunderstanding. cops were involved, but situation quickly eased up thanks to colin burns (pictured to the left [my left] of crazy cashier). great value of cheap. great ok?

My son simply wanted to buy a shirt, and when he checked out the man behind the counter was extremely rude to him. Snapped at him for putting his shirt down on the small counter space at the register because he was working on something there. When I mentioned he might want to move his project where customers couldn’t bother it he said we could leave in a very angry, very harsh way. So we did. No business from us today or ever.

I entered the Annapolis Shirt Company on Main St in Annapolis this morning (9/15/19) at 9:20am. I was looking for a gift for an out-of-town friend. As I walked into the store a lady was sitting on the left side behind the counter. I said "Good Morning" she never responded. I continued further into the store looking at merchandise, she NEVER acknowledged me. As I walked out she was sitting to the right of me. We looked each other in the eye and still she did not speak. I don't understand it. If you don't like your job, change it, but don't treat customers with disrespect. Sorry, I will not be spending money here!

I ordered shirts for my business from here -- the communication, price and turnaround time were amazing. I have had horrible experiences with other screen print shops, so it was nice to be able to deal with a business like this. I have nothing more to comment on because it was 100% business, no nonsense. -Earth Tap Brewing

If Felix Unger owned a t-shirt shop, this is what it would look like. Great selection of all things Annapolis and The Bay. Planned to go back on our last day, but they weren't open because of the few inches of snow. Counter-girl warned us it would happen, I didn't believe her. Oh well, $200 left on the table. Best selection in town.
