Good people there all around and there is an above average waiting room. The car service was fast for a reprogramming recall, tire rotation, and cabin air filter - a little over an hour. Katie's good communication and positive attitude made the experience 5 stars for a car service

I sat at the service area for 4 hours for an oil change, which is not acceptable. I have been bringing my Nissan vehicles to this location for years and the person that waited on me acted like I was the dumbest person on earth even after I explained that fact to her. Instead of making sure that I was being taken care of properly, they were spending their time playing soccer with one of the employee's child in the waiting area. No, I didn't end up paying for my service but, it was still a bitter pill to swallow. The employees need to get their priorities in order and take care of the customers.Services: Tire rotations
