I am so impressed with KP. I’ve never before seen this quality of service and efficiency from checking in, to pharmacy and lab wait times, to communications. I log onto the very user friendly KP app and can see referrals and my lab results as soon as they are done and can make appointments with all the time and Dr choices currently available. KP does it right. They clearly care about the patients and treat us like valued customers.

Terry the Lab Technician is always friendly and professional. Terry draws my blood and other tests with ease and puts a smile on my face on every lab visit.

I brought my daughter to urgent care in Annapolis. We were in and out in 45 mins. The nurses/doctor and pharmacist were amazing!! Thank you KP.

I went to the new Annapolis urgent care due to a health concern that can be quite dangerous. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant to the physician were excellent. Prompt service. Took concern seriously and clearly discusses the next steps. Please visit if you have flu/Covid symptoms or other issues not requiring a full lab service.

Terry at the Lab is phenomenal. He has great skill in drawing blood and his s charming. Seriously, if I could carry him around in my back pocket, whenever I need to have blood drawn anywhere within Kaiser, I would do it. He may not agreed though…

Went to the lab for morning blood draw pretty empty. Three people ahead of me but still my appointment was almost and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Lab tech Terry was awesome nice guy to chat with while he's sucking out your blood into tubes haha
