I have kept our boats here for 18 years. The staff is wonderful and the docks are well maintained. The Dockmasters Dusty and Joe are very hands on and fix anything we ask them to. The restrooms are cleaned daily. I think it is the nicest marina in Annapolis. Perfect parking as well as a fuel dock with free pump out.

This Marina is one of the best one I had seen. There’s access to the Boatyard, the facilities are well-maintained and the Sailing community has a wonderful crowd. This Marina has the live aboard section, and mooring.

Not often you in life you find a kind caring human being. I did, his name is Dusty and works at this Marina. Also staff members Kathy, manager Joe and newly hired Katey are helpful and professional and curiosity. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and doing business there. Cheers 🍻

It was a very nice marina. Not any more
DO NOT, book a slip, do not stay there. All they care about is money. How much they can line their pockets with.
Under new ownership, nothing but issues. Driving long-term slip holders out.
Broken showers, laundry, pool closed a lot, no lifeguards.
Facilities deteorating, not repaired.
The beautiful landscaping , removed, or dieing due to lack of water. Sprinklers , either broken or turned off to save money as they raise the prices.
Adding an electrical charge to my bill, without notice and without me signing a new contract.
So thrilled we did not sign a year contract.
No decent response to issues.
Cost went up over 60% for us.
So sad, it WAS a wonderful marina, no more.

It's really sad; two years ago, that would have been a five-star review. Since the passing of the original owner, management turnover has been constant, in an unflattering race to the bottom. The people who maintained the place are gone; things that break (like bathroom doors, lights, laundry facilities, dinghy racks, and docks) stay broken. The prices got raised massively for zero improvement in facilities or service. We watched them drive out the long-term folks who held the place together and were its soul and main attraction, but not actually replace them with much of anyone. Which isn't terribly surprising; we got a slip in New York City that is cheaper, cleaner, and in better shape.
High tides routinely come up over the dock, necessitating shutoff of electrical. Docks that are soaked consistently degrade faster. You'd think that floating docks would be a no-brainer, but no, these folks decided to resurface the docks to "look pretty", but be less functional and more slippery. I cannot imagine how bad they'll be in winter, and I'm relieved I don't have to.
The landscaping that the original owners put in has been abandoned. The roof on the house on the property is missing large sections of roofing. A sick tree was left to rot until it fell over, thankfully missing everything on the property except the other tree. And on and on and on. It's gone from a place that was loved, to a place that is barely paid any attention to, and that's a real shame for a former glory. I dearly hope some day it might return to what it once was, but for now, take a miss on this place.

Exceptional customer service. Dusty (Dockmaster) is incredibly welcoming and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. The bathrooms and showers are clean. Docks are in great shape. Nice quiet place for us to stop over during our Myrtle Beach to Brooklyn ICW trip.
