Doctor and assistant were good. Frustrating that this medical practice does not accept EMR from previous providers via email — they only want a hard copy, CD, or USB thumb drive?

Trying to call the office to make an appointment at 1000 am on a Wednesday. I've been on hold for nearly 45 minutes without speaking to a single person. Guess I won't be finding out how any of the doctors are.
