Update: I'm solely changing this to 5 star from the prior 1 because of Chris. But I will leave the original. Chris is the best service manager. He fixed the issue. He great.
DON'T DON'T DON'T BUY!!!!! Warranties are only good if you can use them. Service will screw you and not be able to service your car. Emergency -- they can't help. So when you go somewhere else, because it's an emergency such as an engine issue or flat tire, you void your warranty. It is in the small print attached to the warranty. You won't be able to get it serviced in general because too many cars are purchased and they can't handle the amount. We learned the hard way. 3 new cars bought in 2 years.
EDIT: just noticed all the other 1 star service reviews and noticed Hyundai doesn't comment on them.

I recently purchased my 2021 Hyundai Sonato Hybrid through Annapolis Hyundai and when I tell you the process was very smooth and seamless, that is no exaggeration. From the time I reached out online and received a quick and courteous response from Shawn Lagundo, to the time of signing my paperwork, the entire process from start to finish was nothing short of pleasant. The entire team from Shawn to Kevin Yi and General Manager, Mike Mayfield were all professional and NO PUSHY sales tactics. I will definitely be purchasing my next Hyundai at Annapolis Hyundai without a doubt!

This was easily the least stressed out I’ve ever been having my car serviced. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue and assured me everything was under warranty. In less than a week after dropping it off, I drove off the lot with a brand new engine. My car is driving perfectly now. I can’t be thankful enough for Josh and Hyundai Annapolis of taking care of this super stressful situation so quickly and efficiently.

Don’t go to this Hyundai dealership if you drive a Hyundai. Dropped my car off to this location in the morning before work for a quick recall service. Mechanics took my keys and paperwork and said it’d be done by the time i got off work around 4:00. Called in around 2:15 to see if that was still the case only to be informed that my vehicle was *not* at the location which it was dropped off at. Made some calls and found out it was taken to another location across town just prior to my call because “they don’t service Hyundais” where i had dropped it off despite the fact that i had made an appointment at this *Hyundai* dealership to have my *Hyundai* serviced. Nobody from the dealership managed to let me know of this. It was only after i called to inquire that the situation was made apparent. Shame how standards have slipped not only in this department but in general overall but i digress. The administration at the other dealership apologized profusely and comped me the service. My frustrations lay with the dealership located on 935 west street for their poor management of the situation. Could have been easily resolved had they informed me of this upon dropping the vehicle off or at least by calling me during the day to inform me of the situation. They failed in regards to both and totally dropped the ball. I’m only glad i called to check on the vehicle otherwise i would have been dropped off on west street only to find my vehicle absent from the premises and myself stranded without a ride. If they can’t manage a simple thing like that then i don’t want them working on my vehicle plain and simple. Truly shameful and utterly lacking in professionalism these people. Would give no stars if possible. Again just to reiterate, don’t take your Hyundai to this Hyundai dealership period!

Took my vehicle for regular maintenance and they left the tire lug nuts loose. Made a complaint to the gm and no response back. Extremely poor customer service imo.

Zach was amazing! He had answers to every question that we asked! He made the whole process as effortless and as easy as possible! He truly made us feel like part of the family! He made the process and decision one the easiest and fun experiences! The whole staff was very welcoming and made sure the whole process was smooth sailing from start to finish! Can’t wait for the adventures with this car!

I don't have photos but this place was excellent! My wife bought a new car and could not be more happy. The salesman were absolutely phenomenal and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. They were happy to let us take each of the cars out for a ride and I was surprised they didn't even go with us. I love the no pressure sales and I love being able to see the price right on the car. If you're looking for a Hyundai go here and you will be very happy!

I had an appointment scheduled for service at 9:15 am this morning. I rearranged my entire day and arranged for someone to meet me there for pick up as well. When I got there, they informed me that they’re not able to provide service because something was broken. I was told that someone should’ve called me. No one ever called, texted, emailed or communicated with me at all. I have a trip coming up on Friday so it was imperative that I got my work done. I had to call my friend that was picking me up and they were already almost there so they had to turn around. Such a very poor experience will not go back again. We will now be using Hyundai in Bowie for all of our vehicles. I would rather drive further to a dealership that values our time and we can trust!

I just wish I could give zero stars. The service department is absolutely horrible. Don’t bother with service from them because these people do not care how your car turns out. The service manager Chris is the absolute worst. You can beg and even threaten to escalate to the next manager and he will not call you back. I took my car in to get it repainted under warranty and I was constantly given incorrect information and despite repeatedly asking of the status of the claim and begging for a call back Chris refused to call me. I have taken my car to another dealer and they have been wonderful. Don’t go to this location!
