I was there today. I am disabled, and I fish. I'm transitioning from stream, river and lakes in the Rockies to salt water and bay fishing. I already have a fairly light action Ugly Stick that I love but I needed something more beefy, more like what I was used to for giant cat, steelhead and sturgeon. The guys at All Tackle had me sorted with what I consider the perfect rod, an Ugly Stick and an excellent Shimano reel that I am delighted with. It's a bait runner 8000. I've spooled it with 40lb 8 ply braid and then I'll adjust my leader either direction. They offered to spoil it for me but that's half the fun. Great guys, great price excellent products.

Just wow! I was greeted at the door with a hello how are you and how can I help. The young men working here really know what they are doing. I was looking for some items for my husband they showed me where to find them and explained to me some of the differences. I will definitely be back they made finding what I was looking for easy.

Worst experience ever! Order placed April 8th 2022 received today September the 27th 2022!!! Many e-mails sent to get an explanation but never received an answer. Obviously now I already have the items ordered at that time.

Keith, worst experience I’ve had ordering anything online especially with “bob” in shipping with whom did nothing but argue with me. $500 in pliers and such, neglected two emails, never answered questions, and took 5 days to ship out 5 items that were marked in stock. At this point, could care less if I get the products as they’re available elsewhere but you will 1,000,000% never get any business from me ever again. Customer service should be all that matters and I wouldn’t be surprised if he cancels my entire order 75613. If so, will be your loss.

Hi Keith, What a horrendous customer experience with you guys. If you're planning to cancel my order please let me know immediately so I can order elsewhere. Whomever answered the phone in shipping needs an education in logistics and customer service/experience. As someone who sends 10s of thousands of biotech parts around the world, I am completely shocked that it took 5 days to send 5 items that were notated in stock on your site. He stated "I don't care what our reviews are" and "don't cuss at me" when I didn't say anything remotely related. I'll send you a direct email on linked in as well as I see you're on there too. What a waste of my time and your business is being negatively impacted by your employees.

I only wish I could give a ZERO. I ordered a kit on September 30th, and was told they had it in stock, however, they couldn't ship it until Oct. 4th. That didn't seem right, but then as of Oct 5th, they still don't have the tracking number, letting me know it still has not been shipped.Oct, 4th, I was told they are drop shipping it from the manufacturer, which means they did not have the item in stock. I have been assured it shipped out on Monday, Oct. 4th.1. They were not telling the truth when they said it was in stock.2. They were not telling the truth when they said it would ship Oct. 4th.3. They did not tell the truth when I called to verify it had shipped.4. They still cannot tell me where it is, or even provide a tracking number for it.5. After calling the supplier, it is due to ship out on Oct 5th. They were kind enough to provide the tracking information.The most aggravating part is, telling the truth would have been easier. Why climb a tree backwards to lie, when you could stand on the ground to tell the truth? It tells me a lot about the integrity of their company.
