I bought a Jeep Wrangler from the Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership in Annapolis, MD. The auto salesman, Kevin Miller, and his crew delivered an excellent experience, which is not often the case when visiting a dealership. They worked with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the right pricing and payment plan. They were very professional and did not try to upsell you on unnecessary services or features. It was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I would highly suggest them.

I live closer to Baltimore City and have dealerships that are much closer than Bayside. I choose to come to this dealership because it offers far better service than my local dealership. Is it out of my way? Yes, but it is definitely worth it to interact with employees who at least seem to care about the issues going on with my Jeep. Tony was my last advisor at Bayside and he was nice and informative.

for the past 30 years. Had my best service experience recently at Bayside Jeep due to the service advisor Hannah. She was upfront with cost, professional, and excellent at explaining work.

I felt compelled to write this review because nothing else seems to be getting through to the staff here. I bought a Wrangler in May, and my experience has been subpar at best. The manager, Kenny, was very persistent about getting me to fill out a survey for their bonuses, calling and texting me repeatedly. I didn't receive the survey because they incorrectly inputted my email, which caused me to miss other important emails too.
Three weeks after buying the car, the check engine light came on. Kenny told me it needed a new exhaust part, which was safe to drive until it arrived. However, three days later, my car started shaking violently. They then said they couldn't guarantee it was safe to drive, so I left the car there. Despite having extended warranty coverage, I wasn't given a loaner or rental car and Kenny stopped responding to me.
I've been without a car for almost a week, and communication from the dealership has been inconsistent. While I understand some issues are beyond their control, their lack of follow-through and poor communication have been frustrating.
I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because Tony and Brittany, the service advisors, have been empathetic and helpful. However, no one seems to be on the same page, and I feel like I'm getting the runaround. Overall, I expected way more.

I recently purchased a car from Bayside and it was by far the best experience from beginning to end. They were so accommodating and helpful...I never felt pressure at any point. They just wanted to make sure I was satisfied at each step. I will continue using Bayside for future purchases as well as maintenance. Kenny, Amii and Marva were amazing...I know that I could call any of them at anytime with questions/concerns about my purchase!

I had an emergency with my Jeep this week. I was able to contact this dealer and had the BEST experience. Brittany, service manager, was so helpful and professional. She quickly analyzed the vehicle and provided me with an itemized quote. She went out of her way to find a required part and my car was completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely return to this dealer for any additional repairs or to buy a new vehicle. Brittany is an excellent customer service advocate. I hope you will take your car to this facility if you need repairs. Ask for Brittany and she will treat you with respect and work tirelessly to get you back on the road. Thank you Bayside of Annapolis and thank you Brittany!

These folks cannot seem to fix a warranty issue with my camera. Had my vehicle for over 2 months and it failed withing days. Brought it in again and it still failed. They now claim it needs more parts and they would call me when in. This is over a month ago and still no update. I'm done with this dealership. Huge waste of my time.
That's the problem, your company owes me a call. This has been the issue both times our vehicle was at your facility. Unorganized which wastes everyone's time, especially the customer.

I think my engine issue is finally fixed after going back and forth 3 times for my engine I pray that it's taken care of.Thank you so much Brandon, Brittany and Kenny for working together as a team to get the job done the care and concern you showed me even though I was a pain at times you guys stuck with it and it's much appreciated.I definitely purchase my next vehicle from Bayside of Annapolis again thank you all
