Don't use this cleaners! They lost 2 pairs of my husbands pants and 1 of my pairs of pants. My husband had to show proof of what he paid for the pants to be reimbursed. They refused to look for my pants and said they paid too much to reimburse my husband for the pants THEY lost. From what I am reading, we aren't the only ones with this problem. They won't get any more of my business.

We brought in two suits and a blouse on Monday. On Wednesday, I went to pick up the order and they had not cleaned one of the suits. I asked why and the guy at the front said because he was concerned the dye in the suit would bleed on the lining. I asked why no one had contacted me to tell me they would not be cleaning the suit that was needed for a wedding this weekend (and the major reason we had gone to the dry cleaners) -- at least so I could figure out another solution. He could not answer, so he called his wife, who apologized and explained that no one called me because they had too many customers. They gave me a $1.65 discount off the remaining items and I left, never to return.
