I came here to get some minor maintenance.Done on my car and Jennifer made me an appointment for the following day and they took care of me.They were very wonderful and courteous.I was in and out of there less than an hour and a half and we're still able to make it to work on time

I will only take my car (2011 RDX) to ACCURATE. They always fix my problem and give me options. I recommend them to all my friends who need car repairs. They work quickly and honestly, and are probably the reason my 13-year-old car has 225,000 miles on it and is still driving!

I had my AC checked about 6 months ago. Mg husband noticed last week that the AC wasn’t working again. Called them on a Friday afternoon, and Jennifer was so pleasant on the phone. She said I could drop my car off Monday morning and they would take a look at it. Received a call Monday early afternoon with updates. The mechanic (I’m so sorry, I cannot remember his name) was thorough and explained things short and sweet, and to my level of understanding. He did all the research on my cars AC warranty and provided detailed instructions for next steps to take (further work needed to be done at dealership for financial/warranty coverage). Extremely pleasant to work with & very grateful to have this auto shop close to home!

Came in with a car that sat for over a year, it needed new battery, oil change and brakes but I knew the brakes would be expensive so I told them not to do anything but the oil and battery. The oil change was reasonable $52 total but I had to take 2 stars off because of the battery replacement charge - $148 just for the labor costs of replacing the battery on a Hyundai Elantra is a wild price considering how easy it is. Everywhere else I've gotten it replaced it was around $50 for labor, so 3x that seems like I was taken advantage of. It is so hard as a woman to find an honest mechanic and some reviews from women made me hopeful of this place but I was unfortunately let down and can't agree on that statement. On a positive note both the receptionist and mechanic (Jennifer and David) were very kind, straightforward, communicative and easy to get a hold of.
