I came to this 7/11 on June 24 2024 and the guy who works the 11-7 shift was rude. When I tried to ask him a question he told me “I’m working bro” pointing to the stock boxes and didn’t want to answer any of my questions.

I mainly get gas here, and while it's convenient, I realized the pumps are out of the 90's after stopping at another 7-11 in the area with something more state-of-the-art. And it seems like anymore they're constantly out-of-order. Probably a sign to invest in replacing them. I used to get propane here, but not too long ago they refused to swap out a full tank with a defective valve that I got from them. Granted, I didn't have a receipt, but it was an Amerigas cylnder for crying out loud. I contacted Amerigas who told me I should return to any vendor for a swap. I had to go elsewhere that had no problem marking the cylinder as a defective return and swapping it out. Guess where I'm not getting my propane anymore...

To start, the 7-Eleven crosses prices out of their tobacco and sells it at what they feel is right. This isn’t like your hole in the wall gas station. This is a franchise.

Every time I get a hotdog or something as simple as chili and cheese they are always cold or room temp…. Hotdogs are always looking like they drop them on the floor, and the rollers aren’t heating them up. They need better management on simple hots and other simple convenience.

I used to love 7-Eleven. I am into things like their fountain drinks and prepared to-go foods. The other convenience stores in our area are mediocre, poorly stocked, dirty and sticky counters by the coke and other machines. Frequently, one or more of the drink or other machines are broken or malfunctioning. 7-Eleven used to to be a bright exception. Uniformly and consistently, stores were bright, clean, friendly, well stocked, with all machines working. No more. I like fountain cokes. It seems like over the last 6 months or so, when I went into a 7-Eleven store, flavors were out, the carbonation wasn't working, counters were sticky and dirty, the Slushie machine was down. Almost.Every.Time. Today was typical - again. All 4 Slushie sections stopped. My Coke was FLAT. The counters were sticky by the Soda machine, covered with cheese and God knows what else by the condiments table. The place has my business, because it is close and the other choices are equally mediocre. Perhaps 7-Eleven management knows this also, and what we are seeing is part of their new corporate policy - do as little as one needs to get by.

7/16/22It was a very hot day and hot sweaty bodies needed to drink something cold and cool down. Well, many of the people did cool down, but were extremely DISGUSTED by the way the bathrooms were cleaned.Someone's butt exploded, in the toilet, but the main mess is on the toilet seat. Like a block of melted milk chocolate, but it wasn't chocolate. It was human feces and it had been sitting on the toilet for a while. The thought of taking a picture crossed my mind, but getting out of the bathroom was the bigger priority. The ladies bathroom was apparently just as horrendous as the men's bathroom. Now aside from the bathrooms, this show was well organized and well stocked on supplies. I saw the staff members were short on bodies it seems, but the manager seemed pleasant enough.I have seen one other comment on here right now that talks about the horrid bathrooms. So for the love of heaven and The New York Giants,Clean and recheck the public bathrooms.
