I love shop here. I get there first thing in the morning everyday and it so pleasant to see the clerks. They are very helpful, pleasant and the store is always stocked and clean

Today 5/4/2021 I was in 7 - Eleven store I bought my coffee and when I paid for my coffee the cashier he said his name Sil he was discriminated me he started speaking Spanish with me I said I am sorry I don’t speak Spanish after that he ask me where I from I answered and he started talking with he’s coworkers in the another language and all of them was started laughed at me and he said he can teach me where I should swipe my credit card very bad customer service.

From my experience at 7-Elevens, this is the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. I go there almost every weekend and I've noticed that every employee (except for one) overcharges me by 2-3 dollars, and the employee that doesn't overcharge me is the younger man (there are 2 men that work there I believe). A few weeks ago I started adding up the prices and adding tax and I usually end up paying more money than I calculated. But now I will be shopping at the Giant across the street, because that's how bad it is.

I moved to Annapolis 9 months ago and this is the only 7-11 i attend no matter how many i pass the people here are very nice and personable if you take the time to talk to the staff store is always clean well stocked and same staff there is a language barrier that's why people think there rude I'm guessing. Give them a chance and they will be a lot nicer i guarantee it

Horrible experience! The cashier clearly didn't want to be at work today. He never spoke to anyone in line which was about 10 deep. There was someone in the office that never once said hi or offered to come out to help. Very disappointing!
