My wife and I joined last year and the cleanliness of this club mainly the sauna and pool deck are absolutely abhorrent. They have NEVER cleaned it, there is black mold, debris and smells like a Dumpster

Really rude staff, with the exception of Brandi and Pebbles, who are amazing. Older guy at the front desk doesn’t even bother to say hello—ever. That is the most basic function of his job. Manager is extremely rude and arrogant. Poor class scheduling—equipment is always busy. And dirty for the price of membership. Check any piece of equipment/machine at anytime—covered with dust and hair. Mopping the main floors does not constitute regular cleaning.

Coaches are solid and teach me something every class. Good mix with weight lifting, cardio and yoga for me..Sauna, steam room, lockers and shower area with all the extras. Pool. Helpful and friendly front desk folks.

Annapolis Lifetime Fitness is certainly a beautiful location in the middle of a busy shopping center. Great location for working out at the gym, relaxing in the steam room and then getting a meal at the Wholefoods next door. Even though you get to know members quickly by how tight space is, there is more than enough equipment to get a great workout and not wait. The kids center doesn't seem to have any classes or programs like other lifetimes and the pool area is only a dual lap lane experience. I think the owner photo of the pool was a artist concept because it still kind of feels like a mix of lifetime and 24hour fitness. Its a nice experience where you can take care of yourself and stay on track by getting your groceries at Whole Foods next door. Staff at the front was pleasant.Note this is the smallest Lifetime in the MD VA area if you are used to the 91k sq ft facilities.

Went in to check the place out having been a 24 Fitness member prior. Wanted to try a one day pass and the price was ridiculous as well as the monthly memberships.($170 a month) I could somewhat live with a certain price point if the facility was truly nicer than 24 Fitness, but the amenities are the same and the staff was rude and extremely pretentious. Lifetime came in an out lipstick on a pig then asks for absorbent rates. Spend your money elsewhere!

As a member, I enjoy the variety of equipment and amenities, but find something impersonal and cold about the facility in general compared to say SNAP Fitness around the corner. With a few exceptions, staff overall not very welcoming too. Also, it appears no veteran or military discount is offered, which is surprising since the Navy Academy is right down the street, and Annapolis has a large veteran population. The membership fee is especially high but they do offer a lot or classes, so if you join and take lots of classes, it's worth it.

The price has got to be an actual joke. One day pass costs twice as much as other gyms monthly pass.

This place rocks. I'm here from 5 am to 10 pm most days and it never gets old!

I visited this new location on a guest pass and am super jealous of the full time members! This is a state of the art facility. I didn't even have a chance to check out half of the equipment/classrooms/amenities this gym has to offer and was blown away. Equinox in NYC has nothing on these guys. Thank you to the front desk team for being so accommodating - I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!!

The facility itself is very nice. The pricing is premium. My family joined as \"founding members\". One of the main attractions for us was the childcare as we have 2 kids under 2 yrs old. We frequented the facility heavily in it's first few months of operation and had a good overall experience. Attendance over the subsequent months was sparse due to a tight family and work schedule. On our first time back in about 2 months (a Saturday morning) I was stopped at the front entrance and immediately / aggressively solicited for a donation before even checking in. At check in I was told I needed to get rid of the coffee I just purchased around the corner. Apparently the dues are not enough of a revenue stream and the facility requires you purchase anything other than water that you plan to consume on site from their concessions bar. Bringing in a coffee from outside was never an issue over the first few months. This experience, while a minor inconvenience, left a very bad taste in our mouths based on how it was handled. Additionally, the childcare hours of operation have also been notably trimmed back from the original available times with no reduction in dues. Most notably the functional training area (free weight racks / platforms) have now been set aside for classes during peak hours so if you like to work out independently you will want to avoid typical morning / evening / weekend attendance to have reasonable access to this equipment. As noted the facility and equipment itself is quite nice but our individual experience of late has left us wanting and provided the impetus for the negative overall review. For a facility that brands itself as focusing on a premium guest experience we have certainly not been feeling that as of late. Not sure if the $ is worth the experience for us moving forward.

I have been going since opening day, I think the trainers are doing a great job and the maintenance and upkeep staff are staying on top of things.

I’m so happy my family and I joined Lifetime! We love it here. I love the Yoga Studio and the amazing instructors, especially Kate Grove, she is the best of the best! I also tried my first EDG cycling class yesterday with Jessica and it was both challenging and amazing! My son is 4 and he loves the Kids Academy. I even had a fabulous protein shake today at the cafe! Thank you Spencer. We Love it here! Thank you!

A welcome addition to the Annapolis area! Gym is super clean. Equipment is top notch. Staff is so friendly and welcoming, inviting you to take classes. Yes, the price is more than other gyms in the area but it has far better amenities and far better equipment.

From a moms point of view I ADORE the child care center. I can’t wait to see them expand the hours, but so far I love it. The locker rooms are always clean, people are friendly, the staff is nice. They have so much to offer.

Absolutely love this gym! It is not just a gym, it feels like a country club with amazing classes, instructors, equipment and staff! This is the best thing they could have added to the Annapolis Towne Center. Thank you Lifetime!
