I got a PO box here because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. There are closer post offices to me but this one is worth the few extra minutes' drive. The staff are so friendly, I feel like I'm a welcome regular at a local café when I visit. I also had a great experience applying for a passport here; they are really knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend this branch, and many thanks to the staff for making my visits there feel so much less like a chore.

The worse customer service for passport.
I have scheduled the appointment on Friday at 11AM for 4 people and the same day I got a call from USPS and said that your appointment has been cancelled, so I rescheduled another appointment for next Friday I came couple minutes late and they had been cancelled my appointment without any notification or email. I drove for 22 miles from greenbelt city.

This location should have all 5 stars!! I’ve been here on 3 separate occasions and every time I’ve walked through the door I’ve been greeted with a smile and exceptional service. Sarah and Quinetta are so nice and patiently assisted me with all my numerous questions about a passport renewal. I will drive through traffic to come to this specific USPS and no where else.

This post office is hands down tje best I've ever been to. The customer service is outstanding! Sarah is the sweetest person and so is Mr Jeff. I recently applied for my passport for the first time in my life and they made the experience so pleasurable. I would recommend this post office to anyone.

Very very nice and friendly all staff !The staff was good at explaining the passport. They took care of my family's work from the beginning to the end with laughter.An old white man and a young black woman employee.It was the best post office I've ever been to.

I went for a passport appointment for my one-year-old, and the staff were all really friendly and patient with him and me. We had to take a new photo, and they were so nice with him. The staff made an otherwise stressful appointment very easy and pleasant!

I went to the Annapolis Junction location to renew passports. Quinetta was so patient and thorough, making the process very smooth. The gentleman taking the photos was great, too! Great customer service at this location!
