“Shoutout to our local community heroes! Talk about an icon when it comes to reliable sources whenever you have any moving needs. It's been the same all my life. They have everything needed: blankets, boxes, dolly's, tape, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, straps, locks, paper to use for dishes, fragiles, etc. All sizes of vehicles for any need. We really needed over the four weekend and it was just what our budget could afford. We had ramp to use right to our front porch for easier loading and unloading. The model of our vehicle had room for three people, which added extra convenience to have enough people to help move. It's an easy process, but bless these employees, because some customers are grumpy, rushing, and demanding. So don't be that person, make nice, act like what you want to be treated. Appreciate the staff that are trying to help you help yourself. This crew is nice”

“I see some bad comments from upset people but from my experience I can say that I am very pleased because my box arrived intact and it took exactly 10 days for my box to arrive at the door of my house. And the customer service was very professional and very friendly.”
“Rented a truck here several months ago to help my mom-in-law. Went here because the other place we had reserved from weeks earlier cancelled an hour before we were going to head out to get the truck that morning. Wonderful start for us. So we hopped online and saw this place. Made the reservation, called to confirm, and then hopped in our car and showed up.Nice small place with a couple of guys inside both renting U-Haul trucks and trailers and doing machined embroidery (which is actually their main business: logos and such on jackets, hats, etc.). Checkout was really easy. Did our stuff with the truck and returned a few hours later. Handed the man back his keys and we happily went home.There are a few complaints about them having odd hours/closing early. He told me if we return after they close (2 pm-ish???), simply put the keys in their dropbox in front and they'd bill us appropriately. This isn't rocket science people: Look at a business's hours and if they aren't exactly to your liking, get over it and adjust. These guys make it easy.They were just so nice and easy to deal with. More businesses need to be like this.”

“I had to rent a truck because the tire installers improperly installed the wheels on my work truck. I first went to my local Enterprise Truck rental in Gaithersburg but that was a nightmare as they were unorganized and no help whatsoever. I decided to try the Jessup location and they were perfect. The 2 ladies (Melissa and Brittany I think) were outstanding. The process was efficient and they took really good care of me. They were so good, that I bypassed the location in Gaithersburg and drove the extra 30 minutes just to use the Jessup location again. On the 2nd visit, there was a slight delay but this was because they did a safety check before I left and found a slight issue with the tire. This was not an issue for me because I was thrilled to see that supplying safe vehicles was a top priority for them and the delay was minor.I want to commend these ladies for taking such good care of their customers and I can see why they have an almost perfect rating. Kudos to the team at Jessup and I will continue to drive the extra 30 minutes to their office whenever I need to rent a truck. Great job!!”
“Kent at this U-Haul location is a stellar employee. During a nationwide outrage of the site where booking occurs, he was capable of using an alternate system to book the truck. Corporate U-Haul was garbage, but this location was pretty good. 10/10 service”

“Hello with positive energies. My daughter and I rented a U Haul truck and our experience was overall great. With the initial call for the rental, there was tension that was unprofessional and once we arrived, the young lady gave little eye contact and not smiling. Her professionalism was with the process itself and not customer engagement. However, during the process, I managed to make her smile a little. Upon returning the truck, the next day, the gentleman who inspected the truck, greeted us, kept a smile on his face, very nice and professional. I do not see an area to give him a personal rating but he gets a 5 star. I believe his name is "Ken". My apologies if that's not the correct name, but I ask that a 5 star rating be given to the person working who inspected the rental truck for us Thank you and enjoy the positive energies in your day.”
