If you call within a half hour of closing, their computer system 'just ain't working right now'. Very poor communication all through the delivery process.

THIS TERMINAL AND THIS COMPANY ARE THE WORST I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TWO DAYS THE HAVE CALLED THIS TERMINAL THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE . I WILL NEVER USE FED EX FREIGHT EVER AGAIN HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Zero customer service. Called to schedule shipment delivery and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Not helpful whatsoever. FedEx in general is the absolute worst.

Would not use them to ship anything with. Terrible. Late with packages. Their truck drivers can seem to keep their trucks in their own lanes , and I see this all the time because I drive a truck. So it's happening right in from of me .

Absolutely Terrible Service! Went to this location to ship a large package to North Carolina. I was told that I could not ship the package at this location because the package was originally shipped to me out of the Curtis Bay FedEx facility. I debated this "policy" with the heavy set woman who waited on me as was told I had no other option then to drive another 30 minutes to this location. After giving up with this terrible employee I drove to the Curtis Bay FedEx. I explained what I was told by this location and they confirmed that it was absolute NONSENSE! They just didn't want to do the paperwork apparently. I wish someone could be held accountable for this.
