Do not buy. They will not return even when it's their mistake, and they are rude about it. Won't even do an exchange for the right piece even when offering to pay shipping. Anyone who won't do a return who's an online seller should be avoided. Avoid avoid avoid.

Really bad customer service. Wouldn’t even help me with a basic measurement request. There are plenty of other music stores more worthy of your business.

I bought some guitar knobs from this place and the box had dozens of termites and ants in it. They got all over my kitchen. When I asked them for a refund, they denied it. BUYER BEWARE!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!
