Laure at SDM 1-Stop P.U.C I must say, A Real Class Act! caring , attentive, efficient and most important team work ,I’m speaking Facts…Keep up the great work!

All they care about is scamming people for there money and how they can Overcharged the patient and not even get what they need done . The student that not even license be in the room with the patient they putting in the wrong lab that's why have of the time y'all don't get a call back from the doctor the people that work for them barely get paid so that explains a lot why they operate the way they do .

I called for emergency, wanted my wrist looked at,took cast off it's swelling. asked if they were open. Its 505 they said we stop taking patients at 530. It was 11 min away I ran because it was closer.made it .
Lil Hispanic looking female said we stop taking walk in at 4:30. Who told you that.
she was just surprised I made it. There was only 1guy in the room. I will never
go to this place ever again. I don't like their ethics.

Unprofessional when it comes to non English speakers. As far as I am aware, all healthcare facilities should, MUST have an interpreter or language line to facilitate communication between patients. If this facility has it, they’re not using it to communicate and provide health information ACCURATELY to the patients. Instead, they call the receptionist to translate and although the gesture is appreciated, it is not her job nor did she accurately deliver the message to my family member. My family member was medicated based on a “just in case” and not based on facts or test results.

You go there for a lipid panel test, they send your blood for Covid works, then the doctor will give you a call to congrats you for not been a diabetic. When you wonder who pay for the mistake, of course they say it’s your insurance. I think they doing it in purpose!!! One star is so much.

Not true urgent care- they told me there unable to do stitches! Website says they deal with lacerations, but when I showed up I was told they couldn’t help. Don’t waste your time if you need urgent care - go somewhere else

The place is a joke a BIG JOKE ?? I've been to both offices and ill tell you the the lady doctor is not only RUDE but disrespectful and not very attentive to her patients ALL she rushes you thru your appointment and seems like she's doesn't care about your needs her staff is a joke as WELL please please please go somewhere else ?

Excellent Care and the staff are very helpful and polite. Dr. Laure is great with her patient care and takes the time to listen to the patient while assessing their needs. I highly recommend her.

No wonder the place was empty on a day when other urgent care centers were jammed up. The male assistant/receptionist dressed in scrubs was the rudest, most incompetent healthcare professional I’ve ever encountered. I live 3 min away but will never take my son again. Xpress in Silver Spring is well worth the trip.

Love this clinic! The staff are amazingly delightful to be around and just make you feel safe. They are non-judgmental and very understanding! It is also very clean and organized. So much entertainment for kids and overall an enjoyable experience. Definitely will be coming back here in the future if I ever need to.

They charged me twice for a Covid test even after they said they “voided” it. I have been fighting the charge and they keep charging it back. I have proof they said “voided”. They also speak no Spanish for a place that is literally in the middle of Spanish speaking community.Please avoid coming here. You will be scammed and get the worse service ever.
