I came here with 3 minor girls who wanted spicy chicken food was great- however I fill up my cup of sprite and the flavor or syrup wasn't even sprite- I politely went to inform one of the staff and told her in Spanish can you please change the sprite syrup cause it's not tasting like sprite. In which she responded okay we will take care of it. I went to seat down and ate my food with the girls however the sprite wasn't changed and I asked another staff member a guy if he could please change the sprite and he responded with, oh sure but once I am done cleaning the floor...mind you I've already finished eating my food and it has pass over 25min and still the sprite syrup wasn't changed. Please do not eat here cause think about it your eating but also need to drink after every little bite...I don't think anyone would appreciate this kind of service so honestly I plan not to come here again. Customer are priority it would have been nice to have had the immediate attention to my concern. Thnx

Don't come to this place, the staff is terrible, mainly black people, they don't care if they sell. Since they are not the owners, they do not care about kindness.

First of all, I got food poisoning from this location!! I have never in all my years from eating Popeyes, has it ever made me sick. WRONG !! this location will do it to you. So my bestfriend and I used the coupon for a 6pc tenders and two sides. The lady who took my order was pleasant so I can’t blame her for the chicken being cold and the red beans rice lacking flavor. But, why was my food cold ? Like it was just sitting on a rack and they popped it in the mircowave and served it to me. Don’t be like me and be desperate! You deserve better !! Always remember that. Oh and I’m feeling better now. 12 hours of throwing up …..never again at this location.

Don't order mobile order yall. If you want your food fast you're better off ordering in person. They act like it's killing them to make my order every time I order online. I'm still waiting and it's been almost 18 minutes and I'm watching other people just come and go. Just praying its hot and tastes like regular Popeyes at this point

This location still serves the best fried chicken and biscuits. The servers are also very friendly and helpful. However, the minus star is for charging an additional 6% food tax on top of the already 6% Maryland tax. A lot of places are asking you if you want the receipt and sometimes I used to say no. Because it's just another piece of paper I thought to save from the environment.But I'm beginning to get it printed because I'm finding out that some places are charging additional taxes. Plus occasionally I give tips on them charging me these additional taxes. Be informed of what places are charging you if it matters to you.

I felt like it was my mistake to get food from this location and contribute to your business.So I was about to forget how much the service professionals lacked mannerism, but, then the order was anticipated wrong. I was served from a drive-through and had to come back inside. There was only two cars ahead and minimal crowd. When a person ask you for a 16pc wings as quantity and you don't have 16wings option (just tenders), you should explain and offer other options, instead gave me only 6 pieces.Common sense- If I am here for 16, why in the world would I leave with 6? Ask, explain!! If you don't like what you do, there are others who badly need it.Also talk about mannerism, if you can't address back the appreciation we show you by saying 'thank you' - then you can take a short-cut and smile back or simply nod back.I have been to other locations and that never felt like a crime. Not coming back here anymore.(The manager did help to correct my order and was helpful)
