Was having problems charging my phone. Instead of checking my phone to see what the problem was they told me I needed new phone Paid $6 insurance for two years and was told I had to pay $80 deductible then wait 6 days to get new phone. Had to get a phone so they sold me a phone for $170. Then next day I got my original phone to work w new charger given w new phone.Went to return new phone and the same girl who sold me the phone the day before told me no refunds. They didn't tell me there were no refunds or exchanges and there were no signs anywhere saying no refunds. What a scam!

Today I arrived by a simcar. I asked if they would sell it to me, the first thing they told me was it couldn't be sold to you because it didn't come with a telephone. Unfortunately, I didn't get it until they gave it to me as a gift.

Today's experience in the store was wonderful! Lisa (the team member who helped me) was just amazing! Lisa was informative, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I left the store satisfied and confident I would return for my future communications needs. I highly recommend that you visit the Adelphi location if you have a need and are in the area...you will not be disappointed!

Good location, nice employees and a good customer service. Prices are strangely cheaper than other MetroPCS locations in the area, guess they give more discounts. They are open early but close early, so keep that in mind if you're late to make a payment.
