I have been living here for almost a year. I don't have anything to complain about. Very clean place. Management are nice people. The staff are very nice, friendly and hard working. Maintenance thank you so much for being there for me. You guys are number one. Roach are everywhere in PG apartment. We ourselves have to try and keep our apartment clean from not having Roaches. Thank all the staff at Campus Gardens for keeping our environment cleaned. I really appreciate you all. May God continue guide and protect each and every one of our.??❤️

if i could give 0 stars I would. I was living here for 4 years and recently moved out for various of reasons. My landlord when first moving told me I signed a lease for a two bedroom apt and when arriving to the property the unit was only a one bedroom. It dawned on me that the property manager during my apartment tour kept looking around in the kitchen suspicious. A few months went by and there were roaches appearing out of the blue i called for an exterminator and they came out a month later. I ordered 3 packages when i first moved 2/3 got stolen by the cleaners which the cleaners told me they took my package and my neighbors. The infestation didn't get any better although the apartment was hardly ever cluttered or dirty and always vacuumed they still appeared. This past year I noticed the neighbors don't care to make noise at 2/3 am and the rental office will do nothing.. there's been something eating through my walls and they placed concrete where the holes were and left some sticky traps on the kitchen counter nothing else. The living conditions weren't always this way over time the property has gotten worse and I hope the landlord/management company does something better about this property soon.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I reported the tenants next to me on several occasions who have been keeping me up at night and constantly banging on my wall and the office has done NOTHING!! NOTHING TO STOP THEM!! This has been going on for MONTHS! I am at my wits END!

I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I can say the place has some good things such as amazing cleaning staff who keep the place clean every day. Aside from that the customer service is horrible!! . I called the office to ask for a parking sticker and the lady named Karla kept trying to give me a phone number that I had called previously, but it was out of service and I kept trying to explain that to her, but when I did she started laughing at me as if I was telling her a joke. I was very upset at how rude she was so I hang up and her same number again and a gentleman picked up and was able to help me. There’s some ladies in the office who are nice, but most of them always have an attitude for no reason at all and it seems like the don’t want to help. If that’s the case they should find another place to work. Also , security people are horrible and you cannot walk at night because they are always harassing you like if you are trying to do something to the property, but somehow a few weeks ago three guys walked into the complex with guns scaring kids and parents and somehow they did not do anything about it. They be checking at the wrong people instead of focusing on the ones that are actually trying to do harm. Horrible place! I don’t recommend!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I lived at campus gardens for a year and this was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. Roaches, and mice EVERYWHERE including running across the stove and in cabinets I lived in fear this entire year with my young children management sent exterminators that came and laid down sticky traps this did nothing!! The entire building is infested I had to get cats and that helped some for the mice. The roaches never left either so don’t plan on cooking anything here. Security harasses african Americans, this place is the absolute worst don’t waste your money! They towed my car for being parked crooked so they say I had to pay 250 plus an uber to the tow lot.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY LIVED THERE FOR 3 AND HALF YEARS AND HAD MY YOUNGEST 2 KIDS THIS PROPERTY IS VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL MAINTENANCE ALWAYS CAME QUICK I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY . SO GLAD I LIVED HERE .

After living here for quite a time it was great at first management knew what they were doing. But after a few years things just started to go down hill, after reporting various infestations they would not do anything. We had rodents, roaches, and even bedbugs at one point. Stating that we had brought them in and that it’s our fault. We even had a flooding from an upstairs neighbor, we called three times saying they’ll come fix it never did. And don’t even get me started on the security upon moving out they harassed my family because we were giving away our old belongings. The new security they hired is completely horrible. Always had a bone to pick w anyone for no reason. Let’s not forget they maced a minor and a leaseholder for absolutely no reason. Only “good side” that it’s gated but even then you would have your belongings stolen. Or even harassed by grown disgusting men. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOUR BLACK !!! Fair warning as a young black mother of one child I regret allowing my son sleep in this type of awful setting, Our family moved here and had a year lease the 1st week I should have moved but because of my son I didn't move immediately it was bed bug infest and roaches owns the places, When entering the complex as a black young family we were harassed daily every single day even our visitors were harassed ( black of course ) even when having a parking sticker. I was called a B**** AND PEPPER SPARY on July 4th and when trying to speak to someone about us being targeted they told us to call an attorney and deal with it. My son was being called a n***** by kids who couldn't even speak English correctly my son was harassed by their on duty security while playing outside with the other kids he was followed around the complex while riding his bike once realized I made an attempted to contact Hector and never got a response was told that he was doing his job and my family was not being targeted NOTHING NEVER CHAGED UNTIL ME MOVED AND NOW it's more too it but it a lot to type pls The Mexicans are dirty don't clean up after their self an would leave trash everywhere if you want a great place to move this isn't it

I had no problems with rodents, or predatory landlord practices, but lived there six years ago.All of the other nearby apartments are unlivable and would be shut down if the County had any integrity or shame. Campus Gardens at least has some livable units, and is gated. If you have to live in the area, this is where to go.

INFESTATION WE MOVED IN APRIL FIRST 2021 AND WAS OUT BY APRIL FIRST 2021. This property needs to be completely shut down. We will be suing! We are just so fortunate we didn’t move anything in! If roaches and bugs are in your apartment when you’re moving in or trying to move in on your first day, we’re just so happy we did not move our furniture and buy appliances and food!

Do not recommend. Short leases set you up for failure. Make sure to read every little detail of the lease. Do not trust anything they tell you on the phone, make sure it's in writing.
