Terrible service. Went on my lunch break and they had one teller who was out to lunch. When she returned long wait. Left never was able to do my transaction. A bank with no teller and no backup. Very poor customer service

I’m a woman of my word, and I said I’d leave a review. Every employee here works under whatever rules they like, making the customer experience extremely unpleasant. I cashed a paycheck inside two-four days ago with no issue. I came to do the same today with the exact same type of check , from the same bank ( TD) and was told I couldn’t cash it unless I had the check amount in my account, or I could mobile deposit and deal with whatever hold there may be. The last attendant did not give me the same issue. When I return back in town, I plan on returning and speaking with someone to clarify the correct rules and prove to the employee that refused me service that I did indeed have a check cashed earlier in the week.

I wanted to commend an employee I met today at the Adelphi MD location, who’s name was Diego .I usually find my self at the financial center settling accounts for a family business which we run for contract . Normally i spend a couple minutes to an hour waiting to be tended which is the usually at every branch I’ve visited globally so no issues there, but this visit was different. Diego came up to me in a greeting matter and asked about the business and what we do , he gave meSo much insight on merchant services and devices I wasn’t aware of in the yrs in business which was amazing as well as preferred rewards member services since we do a lot of traveling as well. From a usual day in the bank to an Informative one that could benefit my business I am truly grateful for Diego's services - Karen

Under staff it’s sad how every time I come to this bank Im literally waiting for 30 mins with one teller, it’s almost as if they just sit on the clock no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service or a growing line literally only come here because it’s my company bank… poor service and the teller never understand nothing definitely bad service I wish I can do zero star

This is the worse bank ever, I never leave comment but this bank is the worse branch. Never come here unless you speak Spanish. The person working on first disk is the worse. She only likes her own kind. Very bad service. I will never come here again.

I visit this branch for money transfer purpose the manager she come and ask what kind of service did I want and she told me they are working by appointment only but she will going to give me a service after one costumer on that moment another costumer come after me and told her the same thing they don’t have an appointment but she give them services well I’m waiting to get service i asked her I’m first but she says they have an appointment that’s totally lie. I think I have learn the language what she spoke to get better service,?

The most horrible bank in the world they have a really bad bankers I have an appointment with one banker and I go and when I there they told me the banker is not here so they talk to me very bad and I have the appointment at 12:30 and they pass another lady that have an appointment at 1 pm and I was there at 12:45 just 15 minutes late because the traffic and they told me we can’t pass you because you late for just 15 minutes

Worst experience ever as a boa customer for many years. Today I was racially profiled at this branch for being young and the race that I am. I was treated like a thief and a scam artist.I would never come back to this branch and I will be taking my money else where. The assistant manager a short Hispanic woman didn’t try to help me and lied to my face about boa’s policies and made up her own. I was also laughed at the security guard upon leaving. I’ve never been treated that way ever when being a customer at other banks. So I will no longer be banking with them I literally wanted to cry.
