By far one of the worst Advance Auto Parts I’ve ever gone too. Customer service is horrible, very unprofessional and rude employees. Went on a Thursday afternoon and there were 4 employees there, and a huge line of customers waiting to be helped. The employees were on their cellphones and goofing around while the line kept growing. 2 of the employees were cursing and being loud, ignoring the customers waiting. Someone in the line spoke up and asked to be helped and the employees all laughed and continued goofing around. After a couple minutes One of the guys that was in the back came to help out but honestly I don’t think this place should be operating with immature, rude, unprofessional people. These people don’t seem to care about the customers needs or even about the store. Why continue to hire them when all they do is give Advance Auto a bad name?!

Don’t you love calling letting them what you’re looking for, confirming they have it, confirming they close at 9 pm and then you coming in at 8:45 and surprise surprise they lock the doors and ignore you so that it looks like they didn’t see you. (:

FYI-- they do not change batteries for free. The technician charges a decent fee in addition to the price of the battery, which wasn't clear up front.

Clean store with great employees that know their stuff and got me everything i needed and got me back on my way. They have free battery testing & installation, free wiper blade installation, free alternator & starter testing, And free loaner tool sets so check them out

i was just accused of returning used parts. I came without my receipt but was able to produce my orders numbers with slow internet connection. both order numbers. i provided license. i provided my vehicle reg with VIn. manager Amaya accused me of bringing back installed parts. he himself broke the seal on the second rotor box. he accused me of returning parts for my profit. his words "for another car". twice I ordered via internet. 1st return was because they were the wron
