Beautiful event facility. Shows are well managed and provide area riders a wonderful and spacious environment to gain experience.

Great place for training and the Maryland horse trials. Multi level rings with water challenge, great cross country, nice, easy to access dressage. Great overall for eventers. Good food overall too during events.

Wonderful venue! Carolyn and crew do a fine job of organizing the many events held here. You always know to expect good organization when you attend an event here.

The Maryland Horse Trials (at Loch Moy Farm) is one of the Mid-Atlantic's elite eventing destinations. Our venue is located in the heart of The US Eventing Association's Area II and we offer year-round competition (over 50 competition days per year)! Throughout the year, we run a number of recognized and unrecognized events from Introductory level to the 3 Star level. We also have a mix of Twilight Events, clinics with accomplished upper level riders, Derbies, USDF shows and Young Event Horse, New Event Horse and Future Event Horse competitions and inspections. Our competitors come from states both near and far. We regularly have riders from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, DC, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
