Brought some Cohiba Blue cigars there and when I got home and opened the package of cigars you could tell the cigars were not fresh due to the hardness of them. When I returned to the store to return them the young lady took the cigars to the white/Indian/Arab or whatever nationality he was and he came out the back with major attitude asking me did I smoke black and milds or cigars!?!? I have been a cigar smoker for a number of years as well as have been to cigar fest and all. He was being loud, rude, and ignorant the entire time to the point I said screw it and just tried to get my money back or a different type of cigar. This man had the audacity to refuse to give me my money back or exchange the cigars stating because I opened them by taking the plastic wrapping off. It's Xmas eve and even tho it was hard as hell to keep my composure with his rude a** I did. Hence no need to say you have definitely lost a customer. Not only that, I didn't even have Yelp but downloaded this app to personally leave this review. Just because I'm a black woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to cigars. Just ridiculous that people think they can treat you any kind of way once they have your money but believe me, you won't get any more of it!!!
