Great barn super close to DC! Ive been leasing a horse for almost a year now and its been amazing! Lovely owner, amazing trainer, even better horses and adults who ride there! Definitely a hidden gem so close to the city :)

SLS is a great place to board — the people are incredible and are always helping each other out and looking out for the horses. The indoor arena is excellent in the winter and there are plenty fans in the indoor and in the stalls to keep the horses cool in the summer. I feel lucky to have found SLS!

Went to the website for information and it's shut down. No big deal, I'll just call right?The lady that answered could not be bothered and seemed put off by the fact that I had the audacity to call. "As it CLEARLY states on our website, we don't do that." Sorry for checking, miss.
Boutique hunter/jumper stable close to DC and Old Town Alexandria with fabulous turnout and nice sized indoor and outdoor rings. 40-acre farm has access to 5,000 acre national park across the street.

Excellent, personalized care for your horse. Pastures are 10, 9, 4.5 and 1.5 acres and full of emerald green grass in the spring, summer & fall. We feed Buckeye (top quality) grain and green, leafy orchard/alfalfa hay. Attentive staff look out for your horse.
14 stalls, most of which are oversized. Hot & cold water wash stall. Two tack rooms. Friendly crowd.
