I had a terrible experience while shopping at this store. The front end supervisor, Donna is extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice at my husband over a pricing discrepancy and belittled him by saying he needs to learn how to read among other insults. I filed several corporate complaints with no follow up. They do not care about the service provided to customers so they don't need our business. There are a few markets to choose from in this area. I would recommend you shop somewhere else. Oh and Donna is very loud and proud of the fact that they NEED her so I can file all the complaints I want.

Paid almost $5 for sandwich rolls... aka hamburger buns in the bread section near the door. Otherwise the store was clean & not busy at 5:30pm on a weekday.

I was in there shopping today and waited until the pharmacy was not busy until I walked up to ask a simple question about an appointment I have. The pharmacist didn't want to hear it. She didn't even let me get my question out before getting rude and dismissive. I'll go back when somebody wants to do their job and doesn't mind being bothered for half a minute. It wasn't the normal lady that I've seen there before. She is very nice and would have never treated me that way.

I only go here because it is right around the corner from my house. I can't help but compare this Giant to the one on 301, which is newly renovated and it has a lot more options as far as organic, natural, and vegan options. The bathroom here seems to never be clean or it frequently goes out of order. I think this Giant is due for a makeover and some customer service education. But I'll still continue to go, there's always going to be last minute store runs I need to do.

I'm not happy with this grocery store. The vegetables section is horrible. Nothing is ever restock at after 7pm. You get can't get decent looking produce in the evening. It appears they stock once in the morning and never again until the next day.

Giant Pharmacy: your rude customer service is unacceptable! We are a new military family in the area. We had 2 sick kids and me as well. We were in search of a pharmacy to fill prescription for us and we went here because it is the closest to our house! Never again! We were told “we don't have quantities to fill this†so i kindly asked, “does the Weis have a pharmacy or any other places in the area†The lady replied “I only work for Giant†and walked off!!! Like you seriously couldn't just point a family in the right direction to get help in need??????? No kindness in your heart. Please which ever Cowboys fan you have working in the pharmacy, needs a class on customer service and humanity. Be kind.

MY WIFE AND I WAS IN THE ACCOKEEK STORE ON 1/3/19 AT 130 PM AND WAS PURCHASE A CART FULL OF ITEMS SOME THAT WERE 50% OFF CHRISTMAS ITEMS, MY WIFE Went TO THE SELF CHECK OUT WHERE WE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE 50% items , she ask the clerk for help , she was busy talking to group of her co workers she did not even come to our lane, she told my wife to touch something on the screen so we went on I notice the clerk help someone else who forgot something and ran her cart thru while the customer went to get the item she forgot we still had problems with the 50% items so we call her again, you can tell she was bad and told my wife to add her phone # to get the 50% from a row over my wife did not know what to touch on the screen the clerk finally came over and did something and did not explain anything, very rude that when I step in I told her I wanted to speak to the manager , we waited a few minutes and notice her talking to a coworker and telling her we wanted to talk to the manager and they started to laugh at my wife. we waited a few more minutes and my wife went up to the clerk and ask if the manager was still coming the clerk did not reply at all completely ignored my wife request at that time a lady claiming to me the manager came I explain to her what happen ,she said wait a minute she call the manager, we led to believe she was the manager, when finally your real store manager show up. we are(Asian) Filipino and I feel this was a racial treatment toward us with your clerk, we just left and left the cart of food because the treatment of your clerk. I left my card with the store manager and if you feel you need to talk with me.

Our closest grocery option but generally a disappointment. Their best feature is good customer service and ample parking.

I've been using this pharmacy for about 7 years. I've always received prompt, accurate service. Obviously by now I'm on a first name basis with them and Katie remembers all my prescriptions and is extremely helpful and kind. It's a relief to have an employee like that reduce the stresses of going to the pharmacy.
