I recently purchased an M2 shotgun and unfortunately I was forced to immediately send my new firearm to your facility for repair. I was in possession on my M2 for only a day, when I discovered that something was wrong with the shotgun and decided to reach out for help directly to your company, instead of the retailer that send me the defective product. When I made the call, the Technical Service Executive that answered my call, was Amy Taylor and I feel very fortunate that was the case. The eagerness in her voice to ensure my satisfaction as a customer and her dedication to see the repair through, were the things that made all the difference in my customer service experience. I'll admit that I felt a bit frustrated and very inconvenienced by the need to send out my brand new shotgun back to you, instead of taking it to the range. However, the level of service and attention provided by Amy, made certain that Benelli is the brand I will consider for my next purchase. Im grateful for such great care and impressed by the sincerity of her approach to resolving my issue. I understand that these things happen, but the way I was made to feel important as a customer and shown that Benelli stands by its products, must be the reason you have such a dedicated following worldwide. Thank you Amy and to all that worked on my repair!

Quality costumer service, goes along with their craftsmanship. Right out of the box, you can tell a lot of effort went into manufacturing the firearm. You can never go wrong with a Benelli!

I purchased a Benelli 828U shotgun which costs around $2500. 3 months after the day of purchase, the paint on the barrel starting chipping off (quality of the paint is questionable). I sent the gun back to Benelli hoping for them to repair the gun, but they refused to do so and blamed the defect on me. I was expecting a lot more from this company especially with their customer service but I was greatly disappointed.
