Went to a chain repair shop for a car vent replacement and left there with an AC that doesn't work. Lost all my trust and went to a K&G for their great reputation. I'm telling the worker about my situation and he tells me what they could do to try to find the fix but it could lead to another repair depending what happens, but that he won't work on the car until he gets my permission to move forward. Loved the honesty and transparency.
He also showed how me cared for his customers. I had no idea my VA inspection sticker expired and he brought it to my attention. We got the inspection done right there and I am so thankful a cop didn't fine me for being out of compliance.
Bottom line, go here when you want your car to have work done to it by trusted mechanics.”

“We had a horrible experience starting out this morning with Natchez Tint...my hubby called Solar Eclipse Tint and not only did they make space to do my new car today, we got a better quality tint at a better price!!!! The amount of heat with this new tint is diminished by at least 40% over regular tint. It makes my car look sharp sharp sharp!!! Their customer service is TOP Notch!!! My hubs got plain Jane crap tint 2 weeks ago and he is going back next week to have Solar Eclipse remove it and redo with their awesome ceramic tint. Will always recommend and use Solar Eclipse for all our tinting needs.”

“I’ve gotten my Lexus GX 470 service here twice now and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. The first time around I got some very needed maintenance given my car as higher mileage and everything went as smooth as possible from spark plug change to belt changed to transmission flesh. My alternator just went out and I had to get my car towed from Warrenton to Alexandria to the shop. They replaced my alternator and battery in the car runs better than ever. The service advisor Youcef is extremely friendly? Professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything and I will always come back when needed.”
“I’ve been coming here for a while now. In my experience, these guys do a fantastic job, and the prices are unbeatable. The only thing you’ll probably need to know, is that if you book a service with interior cleaning and want your trunk vacuumed you have to leave it open, otherwise they won’t do it. No one ever told me this, so I didn’t find out until one of the workers saw me inspecting the trunk and was kind enough to ask me ?. Overall, I highly recommend. ☺️”

“The SUV detailing was exceptional. The interior had a lot of dog hair which was removed. The only complaint I had was lack of communication. When I registered online, the intake did not request for model or color of vehicle. I was given a time slot but nothing else. Though it was 8 am Sunday morning, the place was already quite busy; it was not clear where to park or even who to talk to and hand over my keys. I received no ready-call but when I called around 2 PM to check, I was fussed at by the contact person for not being available. I had received NO call. As soon as I hung up, THEN I was called by the detailer and informed my vehicle was ready. Why the long story? This is not a cheap detail. Though it was quite good work, the service must go hand in hand with the cost of the vehicle detail. I feel sorry for the detailers. There are few and they work quite hard.”

My car was extremely dirty (months of pollen buildup and bird p*** from being parked outside), I got the most basic wash for $12, and when I left it was totally spotless. They definitely did a better job than other car washes I’ve been to, I like that there’s people working on your car at the beginning and end (not just a machine).”
