Two shirt alterations had a patch sewn on both shirts. Both very crooked/Tilted. Spoke to me with very poor attitudes. Just tried to get them redone with additional shirts and was told she'll only do one correction and didn't want to do the othershirts. Mind you im not even asking her to correct it for free. Bad buisness attitude that give undertones of a deeper rooted resentment.

Just horrible from drop off to pick up.I brought in 4 articles of clothing. The older woman seemed to have trouble logging me in so that took way to long.At pickup two days layet only 2 items were done. I ask why, the older lady and her assume daughter came out and was yelling at me about the baby powder in my clothes and the hem in my wife's dress, so they never cleaned them. I ask them why they didn't call me. What you log my number in for? I needed those clothes for work. Didnt have a response. They are very rude and nasty there. Im never coming back.

Accokeek Cleaners used to get all my business until today, they messed up 2 of my polo sweat suits and tried to say they came in this way. As a consumer who brings all his dry cleaning needs here. Will no longer give them my hard earned bucks.

I dropped my WEDDING DRESS off the week before to be pressed and was told it would be ready the followingTuesday. I came the next THURSDAY to pick it up on my way to the venue/bridal suite in Rockville only to find it was still balled up in the bag never been serviced. The morning of my wedding my bridesmaids and myself were taking turns steaming sections of my dress. I will NEVER rely on this business for ANYTHING and I'll warn others. Won't be returning.

I've tried over and over to give them a chance cause they're location was convenient for me. Now I'm done!! The first time I stopped going when I found a huge stain on on my dress shirt that they claimed was already there, I still went back. I then was denied the opportunity to pay with credit for a $9.50 bill, please pay cash for items under $10. I'm in a hurry now I have to go to an atm just to get my stuff. The final straw was getting a patch put on my jujutsu gi. It took them almost a week to do one simple patch. Like asked them to delete my info I won't be coming back. I'll just have to leave work a little earlier to find better service.

The seamstress is just horrible. Took my father’s suit to replace buttons and let trousers out. 1) she refused to sew MATCHING buttons even after I said I’ll pay extra for it, 2) she didn’t even touch sewing the trousers. Terrible business ethic, a lesson learned NOT to use this business

I just called this morning to get alterations done this women proceed to tell me they only do them on ceecert days and then she started saying something odd. So I explained that I could not understand ger she tells me she has a customer and hangs up on me. I will not be using this place for anything. Looked at the reviews and it made total sense now smh poor business.
