My grandfather bought a modular home from them that since his passing, I've been up to my eyes in problems and cut corners. 2020 is when the house was put up, about 8 months late. Back door isn't square or level. Almost every piece of molding is falling off or coming apart. Its a shame these guys don't take more pride in their work.
