Our car's battery died while vacationing at Deep Creek and we were unable to change it ourselves. This shop was able to fit us in and help us out right away. They were professional and helpful and got us back on our way!

You know I loved going to the accident garage to get stuff done to my Jeep Jeep Grand Cherokee this last time has changed my mind about going there for a simple wiper blade that was streaking just paid $30 a piece instead of replacing it with a newer one because you can get a default they tried everything in their power to make it work for my Jeep to come out with the arm bent on the wiper a piece of my wiper blade is missing come on accident garage for as much as we pay for service I'm very disappointed

I have bought two new vans here in 16 years.. I tend to keep them a long time.. I use them for all service except tires and an occasional oil change. I live 30+ miles away and certainly have other dealerships closer to me. But to me it’s worth the drive because I have always had great service and know that they care about me and my van.

Followed a truck in transit online for about a month and contacted Auto Land Salesman Jim Foutz to discuss when the truck would actually be available. He said he hoped by the end of the month (August). I got all the details and decided I wanted to buy this truck. Jim said to send a $500 down payment and it was mine. I did that and started arranging financing on my own since due to my credit I could not get full financing through Auto Land. I got a call @ 9:30 am on the 31st and was told the truck was there and I needed to be at the dealership that day by 6:00 pm with my financing or it would be sold to another party who had "cash in hand". I informed Jim and Finance Mgr David Shetil that I couldn't do that before 09/04. David said that if I wasn't there that day they had another buyer that would be getting the truck so the sale could be counted in their end of month figures. What was the point of my putting $500 down as requested. As of today 09/08, I still have not received a refund of my down payment! I think their business practices leave a lot to be desired and as such will not be doing any further business with them. I am telling any outlet I have access that this business has no honor.

!! False Advertisers !! They completely lie about their advertising prices to get you there. Then try to jack the price way up and claim it's because of a bunch of "hidden" discounts that "could" apply to you. But don't. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I do not recommend this place to buy a vehicle due to the fact of them not being honest about there prices and the sales manger does a poor job. Wasting so much time in looking at a vehicle that was trying to over charge and wasn’t worth it. The list goes on. For the salesman he had done everything possible that he could to make things happen but couldn’t due to the sale manger.
