After one experience of waiting an hour for a vaccine appointment this is what I observed and had enough information to never make this my personal pharmacy: the person in front of me was completely skipped for their vaccine appointment. I had to tell the staff to let the other person go first. I scheduled 2 vaccinations, they only gave me one and refused to give me the other even though it was clear as day to administer on their form.While I was waiting for my vaccines, I observed an absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. Every customer walking in or in the drive thru had an issue. How is that even possible?My husband recently needed to switch pharmacies due to insurance (I warned him of all of this prior). After 2 refills, he has already switched to Wegmans. First time, they gave him half of the tablets needed and mislabeled his dosage. Second time, he had issues with the refill not being ready and stated he needed Zoloft. He was told the generic name of it was actually a controlled substance (schedule II) to be specific. And he had to correct the pharmacist tech.

As an employee, it's easy to work with U-boats and find expiration for some disabilities, including me, because I save money for two weeks. The manager is also friendly and polite.

Horrible service. Tried to print a document and received zero help from the employee who was not at all inclined to try to help or find anyone who could. Finally got the document to go through only to be told it would be an hour before it was ready. The doc was needed immediately so we had to leave. Came back an hour later to pick it up so sensitive information was not left lying around, only to find that the doc that “printed” was just a page that said “error.” Showed it to the employee who just shrugged and said “yeah it’s not going to work.” She didn’t even offer a refund or to try to do anything else.

I really have liked this store and couponing and I like the people who work there but today I am very upset. I made a pickup order and items were missing, I came back in and this person sprayed the whole store and continued to talk about how bad I stunk. The smell of sprays makes me sick, I can’t even handle them. I will not be coming back because how humiliating to talk about someone why they’re in the same store. I am very hurt and like this store. But I won’t be coming back because I won’t be made fun of, it could have waited until I left.Thank you for helping me with all the deals but this is very upsetting and I won’t be retuning.

I was in the store today to get my kid some formula around 4 pm today when I encountered the rudest and nastiest employee of any business I've ever visited in my life. She was a truly miserable person and scolded me for not pushing the button for her to come unlock the formula section locks. Instead, I walked to the front and asked for her help. It was literally no extra effort or work on her end as she had to walk back there anyways to unlock it. She mentioned how I didn't do the right thing about 4 times and then couldn't get my coupon to ring up. She then got nasty with the manager who was trying to help. It's a shame if this is the only help Walgreens can find because she was the worst.

After taking my handicapped friend to a doctors appointment i dropped off a Rx at Walgreens. Info was put into computer, I was told Rx would be ready in one hour. drove back to Walgreens later that day,, waited in drive though line only to be told the drug was out-of-stock.. Pharmacy could have told me at time of drop-off or called me at home.. Poor Service...

I went to this pharmacy to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist technicians were less than helpful. If something doesn't work right away for them, they will tell you that you need to figure it out (when in reality, they are more than capable of calling to see what the issue is). Once I had finally figured out why I couldn't get my prescription filled, I was told by my Dr. to ask to see what other brands they have in stock and the pharmacist was rude and unwilling to check inventory unless I told her an exact drug and dosage (which is what I wanted to see was in stock before my Dr sent the prescription). Once I did find out what was in stock, the pharmacist refused to give me that medication because it was a higher dosage than what she would prescribe. Keep in mind - my doctor is the one that knows my medical history, weight, height and etc. So she told me I needed to figure it out and walked away.VERY disappointed in my experience at this store. I don't mind that I spent an hour there to find out my insurance wouldn't cover the first prescription but for the pharmacist to actually turn me away from that store afterwards is repulsive. FYI - I did get my prescription filled down the street with the same dosage she said she wouldn't give me and I'm so thankful because I actually need this medication. Imagine your doctor saying you need a certain medication and then be turned away at the pharmacy by someone you never talked to before and doesn't have any information about your medical history.Please do better.

This store is selling Visa gift cards that are invalid and when I returned to the store they were completely unwilling to help and in fact dismissed me very quickly.They told me it wasn’t their problem.
