This is the 1 stop place for all your smoking needs. They have a huge selection plus their prices are some of the lowest you can find! Everytime I stop in, they're always very helpful and attentive. There's been plenty of times when I'll purchase a bunch of wraps at once and they'll even throw in some freebies just to try out some different flavors. This store and the employees are truly awesome.

Excellent customer service, knowledge of their products is outstanding. Able to guide you through the process of buying a vape with ease. As a cigarette smoker, and never looking into vaping till now...they led me to the perfect product, and put it all together for me. Highly recommend!

Went into the Tobacco Outlet today, 9/11, to get a pen for my cartridge. I didn't catch the mans' name who was working there, but he was absolutely amazing! He took time to tell me about the different pens and the different features each have. I expressed interest in a grinder, new bags for my volcano, and wraps. With no hesitation, he pulled some things on the counter for me to look at and flexed his knowledge about all of the products. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Will be returning :)

Great staff. Everytime we walk in we are greeted with open arms. Anything and everything hing we have questions about they have an answer. From paper to glass they got it all!! I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area.

This store has one of the best blown glass selections I’ve ever seen. Every time I’ve come to this store the staff has been helpful and amazingly friendly when asking question about sizing for down stems and bowls. They have every smoking piece imaginable and so many creative pipes for local artist. Costumer service is 10/10. My favorite head shop in Harford county !

This location has the best inventory you could look for! Every time I come here, they are super knowledgeable and professional. If you need any smoking related look no further! Their stock and inventory is phenomenal on everything they carry! They always make sure I walk out happy, and with the best products! Also check out their Instagram for deals, and new equipment! I have been going to the tobacco outlet for sometime now to get cigars or even my mother sometimes receive the cigars for me that’s how safe the owners make you feel. They always greet you with a smile and they always have your product. I suggest you go there for any tobacco needs etc. I don’t no call no other please because there’s no need. That’s my store for life.

Went to Tobacco Outlet to get my cousin some cigars to celebrate becoming a dad. I don’t know much about cigars, but the workers there were amazing! They walked me through picking out some for him to try and offered really great suggestions. Thank you so much again
