“This is the best place to ship anything. They are friendly and helpful. They can ship through any company so they search the fastest, or cheapest, or whatever you need and make it happen. They will even help you pack the item if needed. I only use them now for my shipping needs.”

“I came to this location to return some items I purchased online. Although it was a little busy, customers ahead of me were helped quickly and efficiently. I wasn’t sure how the return process worked, but Kathy was incredibly helpful and patient in walking me through it. If you ever need to make returns or need assistance with printing services, I highly recommend choosing this location!”
“Almost reviewed this store badly a year ago when I was looking for a post office box ? and no one would answer the phone at multiple UPS stores in the area except one downtown, kinda far away. Never reviewed it. Got a box in a nearby town.
Called again today and no one answered the phone. Left a voice mail asking about last time to get a UPS shipment out today. Surprisingly I did receive a call back ? and someone very kindly explained the last pickup for UPS was at 6pm (could be a few min early). ?
Overall this store is much more highly rated than the other UPS stores. My drop off was quick and I was given a receipt (had a prepaid label). The package is already on the way. ?
Great experience the 2nd time around and went well in person. ? Would visit again when I need to.

“For drivers get here overnight park on side street checking in the morning and wait for call they'll call you in to back up to tight docks in between 11-12pm they start unloading at 12pm now not 9:45am they switched up again. Parking on side is ok porta potty for those you don't value their lives lol also once you back in your door stay inside tractor take a nap they'll come out and sign your paperwork and you'll be on your way”
