Easy and convenience of location. Little to no Hassel walking in or checking out. Amenities if I want a quick massage or extra color, I can just add it to my routine. One stop shop!

I just had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member at the counter no greeting when I approached or anything. I informed him that I wanted to cancel my membership and he seemed upset about it and very dismissive saying I will have to speak with a manager to cancel which does not make sense at all if I’m here now to cancel. He told me that he can not help me one of the many reasons why I have gotten a membership elsewhere and decided to cancel with this place very unacceptable! If you do not want to assist the way you should and provide good customer service why are you here?
