I’ve been going to this place for about a decade. I just went there recently with a leather bag and leather shoes The woman working there told me that they do not clean bags or shoes That’s strange to me. I’ve never had that experience at another cleaners. So just a heads up, this place does not clean bags or shoes. It’s only for dry cleaning and dry cleaning only.

Ms. Sandy is the best! I have been coming here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. She is the nicest lady and has the best dry cleaning business I have worked with. My clothes are always crisp, clean, and ready on time. Not to mention she is an awesome tailor!! Thank you Ms Sandy!

Such a great service! Dry cleaning is impeccable & the alterations are precise & well done. Definitely go here to get your pants, shirts, etc tailored. Prices are the lowest in the area.

Had the best experience using Noble Cleaners for a 2 year old wedding dress and suit cleaning! My dress had so many old stains and they worked so hard to get everything out. The dress looks brand new! So happy with the final product. Will be using them as our main cleaners for now on!

Noble Cleaners does excellent work. I had to get a dress altered and steam pressed. I had to attend a wedding in two days, and Noble cleaners carried out an excellent job and delivered. Thank you; my dress was beautiful.

The place smelled like a locker room. Called ahead for a price on alterations and when I arrived I was quoted way more for the work. Lady was extremely rude and stand offish.

I gave this place a few tries. The lady (business owner) comes off as nice and caring at first. But heaven forbid that you raise an error with the service requests that you already paid for. She will bend over backwards blaming you (the customer) for the mistakes/confusion for the results of the services rendered.Specifically in my case, I sent in some work blouse uniforms to have updated patches to include my uniform cap. When I picked up my clothing articles, I inspected them and noticed that my cap was not updated per my service request. Keep in mind that I already paid for this service. My uniform blouses were correct. It was just my cap that was not updated.I pointed this out to the lady and her demeanor completely flipped like a light switch. She immediately began talking to me in a very unprofessional condescending manner. She was hell bent on insisting that my cap was updated with the correct patch despite me pointing out to her that it was clearly not; and that the original patch was still on as evident by the creases on the original patch that had developed over time that were clearly still there.She said that the only way she can make any adjustments to satisfy my request would be to charge me for them. Essentially, paying twice for the same service request that I initially submitted.It takes a lot to compel me to leave a negative review. But today’s interaction with this lady (business owner) along with my previous negative experiences made me feel like this action is my only recourse. I spent over two hours cap (round trip) enduring traffic just to pick up my clothing items.Let me emphasize that the work that she renders (when correct) is incredible. She clearly has years of experience and is a master at her craft. But her lack of humility and inability to accept fault for simple errors leaves me unable to recommend her services to others in good faith.***UPDATE***She reached out to me via phone, and asked that I return so that she can make the correction to my cap free of charge. She expressed that she felt bad “regardless of who’s mistake it was,” and wishes for me to return.Part of me is appreciative that she’s willing to make the correction without charging me again. But it’s the “regardless of who’s fault it is” comment that does not sit well with me. To me, it still shows the inability to admit error.I thanked her for the offer, but honestly, I don’t think I can set foot in that business establishment again. It’s a difficult choice to make because to my knowledge, she is the only one in the area capable of rendering these specific services. Hence, why I’ve visited a few times in the past.This is strictly only my experience as I’m sure others have had stellar service from here.

Highly recommend this place! The service is exceptional and reasonable pricing. She is very informative and knowledgeable with any questions I may have. They do a great job with the items pants/shirts I have brought in for hemming. The best in Harford county!
