Lowes dropped our order without even letting us know...we were sitting at home waiting hour after hour. We ordered online at Best Buy, Tuesday night, Thursday we had our new washer, the delivery guys were great...even gave them a tip : ) Go Best Buy with the exceptional service and same price. : )

Worst customer service ever. Don't even try to call them, they never pick up the phones. When you go in the stores nobody's working.

It's over crowded theres safety have Hazard everywhere you can barely get a cart around. Not enough help in the loading areas .
